Quick and seems to be ok

The BitCoin Nordic webpages was easy to understand, and I felt it helpfull as a first time user. The actual transfer was quick - within a minute.
I tried out the suggested wallet method in BitCoinNordic on Windows PC and Android with an electrum wallet.
Getting Electrum on Android is NOT an easy thing and requires scripts outside Googleplay - this has nothing do with BitCoin Nordic - just the wallet method.

Hurtigt og nemt, men for dyre gebyr !!

Alt spillede perfekt, jeg brugte Danske nembetaling og havde penge med det samme. Jeg overførte 700 kr, men så tog de 150 kr i gebyr for det. Det synes jeg ikke er fair det sku for dyrt.

Når du køber via Danske Netbetaling kan du inden, du gennemfører købet, se hvor mange bitcoins, du vil modtage.

På Danske Netbetaling tager vi pt. 9% i kommission, hvilket vi også oplyser klart inden købet. Vi har altså ikke taget 150 kr, men 63 kr i kommission af dine 700 kr.

Værdien i kroner, som din wallet viser, du modtager, afhænger af hvilken kurs, din wallet benytter. Hvis din wallet fx beregner værdien ved brug af et 24 timers gennemsnit vil den viste kurs i din wallet være anderledes end den kurs, der var gældende i øjeblikket vi gennemførte dit køb.

Håber det giver mening. Ellers er du velkommen til at kontakte os på www.bitcoinnordic.com/contact/ , hvis du fx vil have dokumenteret, at du fik bitcoins til den aftale pris.

Gøre som lovet. Det tog lidt over 24 timer, og fik en fin mail, som beskæftigelse på overførelsen. Dog lidt højt gebyr (9% på bankoverførelse).

There is problably no faster way than bank transfer at the moment. The bitcoin value increased faster than I thought during the ordering process. So I ended up with less than expected.

Vi skal undskylde, vi har overset dine betalinger. De er behandlet nu. Vi arbejder på snart at kunne gøre betalinger fra Danske Bank automatiske, så bitcoins udbetales med det samme.

Det er ærgeligt, at du gik glip af det tilbud, du så. Til gengæld har vi undladt at tage vores normale kommission, og så har vi givet dig kursen fra den dag, hvor du betalte - i stedet for kursen i dag. Da kursen er højere i dag har du allerede tjent penge på dit køb. ;-)

I really am dissapointed with the prices you operate with. I have checked several times in a matter of an hour, and the price is the same. When you charge 102 euro for a coin, when mtgox sell for 110 dollar, i really cant see why we should use you!

As you note yourself, we make the price terms very clear on our website, so they come as no surprise to anyone.

There are various reasons to use us over for instance MtGox - you probably had some reason yourself too to complete your purchase with us. For instance: The waiting to get a verified account on MtGox can take several weeks, and the support replies from MtGox usually takes several days more than from us at Bitcoin Nordic. Furthermore, MtGox requires you to submit photo ID and proof of address for verification. At Bitcoin Nordic, we currently only require photo ID.

So, essentially, with Bitcoin Nordic you are essentially paying for speed, support, and convenience.

I went to my local Nordea Bank in Denmark and gave them some of my cash.
3 hours later i had bitcoins.

Very fast and easy.

I transferred the money from Skandiabanken in Norway yesterday, and today I got the bitcoins. That was very quickly, and much faster than I expected. I can highly recommend Bitcoin Nordic to anyone who wants to buy bitcoins in a very easy way. They are very professional and reliable.

Easy, fast and reliable way to buy BTC!

I have bought BitCoins two times from them, and everything very smoothly. If you are scandinavian, i think that is the easiest way to buy BitCoins on the internet. I do not like Mt.Gox since they require (too) much personal information like ID, passport and so on. In addition, i have account in Danske Bank, it means that the transfer is immediate. The website ir also easy to navigate and there is no unneccesary stuff like ads.
I recommend this site to everyone strongly!

No scam. Handled € 1600 order without any problems

The commission for buying is somewhat high (9%), but they are very open about it. However, if you do not want to go through Mt.Gox, and are in Scandinavia, this is a good alternative.
I recently applied to Bitcoin Nordic to sell Bitcoins for more than €1600. A few hours later, I got an address where I should transfer the Bitcoins to. The next morning (some hours later) I received an e-mail, telling me that the Bitcoins had been sold, and the money transferred. The next day again, the money was in my bank account. Absolutely recommendable, if you can accept the commission, and do not want to go through Mt.Gox.

Edit: To specify the comment above, there is a commission on 9% (not 10%, as I originally wrote) on *buying* Bitcoins. For *selling* Bitcoins they charge 4.9%, with a maximum of €15. Thus, for selling lots of Bitcoins, the commission is indeed quite low.

However, we didn't charge you a 10% commission. We sold your bitcoins on the market for 1685.52 Euros. Then we subtracted our fee and sent you 1,668.50 Euros. That's about 1% in commission.

Does what it says on the tin!

Did a bank transfer from Nordea to Nordea. Got the bitcoins within 20 hours. I'm pleased and I will recommend.

A rather disappointing exchange rate

Bought for 2500 kr BTC , average exchange rate was 175 USD for a BTC according to mtgox.com. Exchange rate for Kroner vs USD was 5.72.
I recieved 2.052 BTC , thats just around 25% in fee, for danish users, thats worse than Danske Bank :D

It seems you bought when the Bitcoin price was at a peak. That's unfortunate, but it's entirely out of our hands. We did as promised on our website - purchased Bitcoins on the market after our 9% commission. Here's the calculation:

2500 kr = 336.02 Euro

Our 9% commission:
336.02 * 0.91 = 305.78 Euro

Your Bitcoins were purchased on April 8 for 148.99 Euros per piece (see the MtGox rate on that day here: bit.ly/ZJqWjw ).
305.78 / 148.99 = 2.05221188 Bitcoins, which we sent to you.

At the moment we're writing this, the MtGox price has fallen to around 144.50 Euros. That's unfortunate, but that's part of the risk of buying Bitcoins when they are still young and volatile.

We hope it's clear that we do not charge 25% - we only charge 9%.

High fee's, slow processing but trustworthy.

On the good side, they do deliver your coins.

The bad side is the 9% fee, and that they take the price at the exact monent they process the order. 2 days ago bitcoin dropped to about 100 dollars, I'm happy with that, so i make a order. But since they took 2 days to complete the transaction. I paid 136 dollars +9% fee for a SINGLE coin.

Overall they are good, but slow at processing and high fee's
I would like to lower fee to 5% or at least stick to the price that were present when the order was placed. I feel a little ripped off, as in they intentionally delay the processing to a later state simply to improve profit.

Trustworthy but expensive, will try and find a better seller and buyer.
Also, if you decide to sell to them, its -9% under the mtgox price, i guess thats ok. But really 5% would be an improvement.

EDIT: was sorted over email, but remember in the long run, using bank transfer when using these guys currently is the best option, fee's are lower this way.

We always deliver bitcoins on the same day as we receive your payment. But bank transfers can take several days to go through.

For instance, if you send from a different Danish bank than ours in the evening on a Monday, your bank will initiate the transfer Tuesday. We will then receive it Wednesday.

There is definitely no intentional delay involved here - we are primarily limited by the banking system. But we are working on a solution that will allow some of our customers to pay immediately through online banking and receive bitcoins within minutes automatically. But it will take some time to develop.

But already now, if you send a bank transfer from Nordea or Danske Bank to our account with Nordea or Danske Bank respectively before 15.00 on a weekday, we will always deliver your bitcoins on the same day. (If you use a different bank, there is nothing we can do to speed it up - transfers between different banks is just slow.)

With regards to selling to us, we charge 9% only on PayPal payouts. If you choose to get your payout by bank transfer, we only charge 4.9%. Also, we just introduced a new maximum cap on bank transfer commission of 100 kr., so if you get paid by bank transfer you will never pay more than 100 kr. no matter the amount. So if you sold 10.000 kr you would only pay 1%.

100% SAFE website, excellent customer service!

Unlike most here I sold my coins for GBP rather than BUYING coins. Also unlike most I am from the United Kingdom where Bitcoin processes can get a little more complicated. I can vouch for this website, it is completely safe. I was nervous to give my coins over at first, but the site owner does a great job of putting customers at ease, both by providing great customer support (swift responses to emails and they even offer to call you and speak on the phone... I think I received 3 replies in under 2 hours to emails I was sending) and by putting up his personal information (real name etc) for everyone to see. His company is also officially registered in his country. He also has an account on Bitcointalk with the username "simp" (I THINK that's it) with a decent amount of posts and high reputation score...

The only down side is the fact that on the website, where it asks for PayPal or bank details it doesn't actually specify WHICH details are required, so that can get confusing... Just to clarify to you, you need to provide your IBAN, SWIFT and BIC code, if you call your bank they will confirm to you that this is safe information to provide and that it is needed for payments to be sent to you from abroad...

Anyway... What more can be said... Hmmm... Well, I guess talking about the fees you pay, I found it to be acceptable, the peace of mind is worth receiving -4.5% from the Mt. Gox rates in my opinion, I don't feel like it's worth risking losing your money just for the chance of getting a higher rate as there are a lot of scams out there and it isn't particularly hard TO scam people for the most part.

If you are nervous about sending across coins like I was, you can send coins in small amounts and wait for the payments to come through. I'd recommend this site to ALL UK users looking to sell their coinage back into GBP as it is safe and you don't need to build a reputation like on face to face selling services!

Bitcoins in 1 day - so cool!

I must say, that I was quite nervous when I made my first order. Filling out just my e-mail and Bitcoin adress and then making a bank transfer to Bitcoin Nordic made me a little nervous.

BUT...after just a few hours i got my Bitcoins (danish bank transfer)

I'm from Algeria I purchased 10 USD worth of BTC using cashu, my order take about 20 hours to show up in my wallet AND that's what was expected since the payment by cashu can take up to 24 hours as explained in the site, great service especially for middle east and south africa where we can not easily find a way to buy bitcoin

De gange jeg har købt bitcoins gennem Bitcoin Nordic har jeg enten modtaget bitcoins samme dag eller dagen efter, så leveringstiden er helt acceptabel når man tænker på der først skal foretages en bank-til-bank overførsel.

De mister 1 stjerne pga. deres gebyr som jeg synes er til den høje side, men dog stadig indenfor rimelighedens grænser.

De er til at stole på!

Købte godt nok mine bitcoins om torsdagen, og fik dem her idag (mandag). Men nu ved jeg til en anden gang jeg skal bruge min kammerats bank med Nordea. Tusind tak for denne transaktion det gik som smurt.

Købte bitcoins via bankoverførsel på en weekend, og modtog "produktet" så snart det blev mandag (kl. 01:01), meget tilfreds.
9% gebyr er dog en anelse højt.

Good for CashU

Only place I know who sells bitcoins via cashU. I wish they had a $30 option as sometimes I have to send 3 $10 orders and I think they may have a manual system and they forget to process orders at times.

Right now they forgot to process a $100 order of CashU I did, so thats very worrying.
