Presented the best offer for a car at Austin, Texas airport. Good price, great pick-up location across the road from the terminal. Easy admin, went for the "return the car empty option" to save time when flying out. Car all ready in its slot. Although the car was not new and had done 30,000 miles it was very good for our needs which included a road trip to New Orleans. I got 33mpg on the long trips and around 23mpg around town. Good boot capacity for our cases.

Ездили семьей в Испанию были в Барселоне но машину брали на Канарских островах без проблем. Права наши подходят но на материке на порядок дороже чем на острове поэтому в Барселоне есть экскурсионные автобусы стоимость 28 евро на два дня, потому что на один день 25 евро.
Very quick collection, clean car. We loved the car but was hoping for the skoda,which was advertised on line, as this had a bit of power in the engine, as we were going up and down the mountains we knew it was what was needed, but we ended up with a seat which did not have the power, but it was a good car.
I used this service for two separate bookings, one in Spain and the other in Portugal. The first was with Europcar which was very easy and the staff very helpful. In Portugal the booking was with Guerin. Unfortunately the pick up point was no longer used and I had to get another taxi to another location. Once this was doneI had no worries.
The only other issue was that I tried to contact Bookings during the trip but my email remained unanswered. This was in part the reason for the confusion in Portugal.
All up, I would use this firm again.

Panttimaksu palautui parissa päivässä. auton palauttaminen lentokentälle (alicante) oli hyvin opastettua ja siis helppoa. auto oli hyvässä kunnossa ja tältä vuokraamolta sai auton täydellä tankilla ja sen sai palauttaa täydellä tankilla. joillakin vuokraamoilla pitää palauttaa "tyhjänä" ja joutuu maksaa kovan hinnan bensasta.

Had a great holidays thanks to booking group company. The low prices, all information was very helpful in terms&conditions. Had no problem with finding a company, the staff were very helpful and polite. Had explained about everything I needed to know. Absolutely perfect, very happy, for 100% will make the booking again!
I booked using economy bookings and when I booked a car, it clearly told that I need not pay anything at the time of pickup.
It again sent a confirmation mail which said the same thing - nothing to pay at pickup of the car.
And then when I went to pick up the car, I had to pay 40% more as taxes at pick up. I called up the customer service and they said that in the coupon voucher in a small section at the corner, it is written that you may have to pay taxes at pickup.
Dhhh... it looks like those * at the end of commercials which look too good to be true.
Do not book using these, if you do, read each and every line of the items that get sent to you.
BTW, they are based in Latvia, so if you want to dispute, good luck with that :-)
We booked through Economy bookings and was told a price. When we came to Milan Airport we realized that the car company was situated in a area 10 minutes away from the airport. When we saw the warn out office we had a bad feeling. They (Fireflies car rental) were trying to sell us an insurrance which we had allready bought with Economy Bookings . The car was with full tank and should be returned with empty tank. The cost of fuel was 115 Euro and you should really drive a lot to be able to use just some of it. Instead of paying 165 Euro we ended up paying 335. We were not happy and Economy Booking should check up on the company they let their costomers use.We will book direct with a proper car rental next time.
Rented a car through economybookings.com and had an issue with my refund so I actively communicated with their support team by email, I always got quick responses, they completely understood my request and did they best to fulfill it as soon as possible. As a result, I got my refund in full and I was very impressed by their quality of service. They will certainly get my recommendations.
The hired Car was rented through “e Economy Bookings”. The car should be picked up at the main Train Station in Palermo. According to the voucher the company was “Italy Car Rent”.
Arriving at the train station no company was to be found. Looking at the voucher, we found another address for “Italy Car Rent”, which was in another part of the town. So we took a taxi, just to find, that no car hiring company was present at this address. As the nice Taxi-driver said after consulting his taxi - Central "NOT GOOD"
So we had to rent through Hertz instead after some hectic hours.
Furthermore you can read this at “e Economy’s” homepage: "We cooperate with the following car rental companies in Italy: Europcar og Maggiore. We guarantee that your car will be provided by one of the major car rental companies shown here."
We got a voucher for another company, so this guarantee is worth nothing.
All together – a very bad experience for us.
“e Economy Booking” has not yet given any explanation or returned our prepayment. They asked for 21 days to investigate the matter. Today after 14 days our patience has gone.

The car supplied to me by Goldcar at Alicante Airport was Citroen C3 – nice, fuel-efficient pretty new car. Economybookings.com provided me the confirmation voucher soon after I've made a booking so at the rental counter I needed only to provide it, the rest of my personal data they've already had. So it took just a few minutes and my car was already waiting for me at the parking lot. I'd recommend to add to your booking their Refundable Excess option because it saves you from a lot of headache.
The easiness of online booking process and rates on this website are very impressive. There are usually many hidden costs when you rent a car but with economybookings.com you won't unexpectedly deal with, for example, airport pick up fees – everything is just like it is stated in T&C. They may set the example for many other companies doing so. I also called them by phone a few times and it was easy to deal with their helpful and competent operators. The car entirely matched my requirements. It was a great trip and I will book with them again.

По прибытию в Ригу мне был предоставлен автомобиль 2007 года, в плохом техническом состоянии, кондиционера не было, дверей было не 5 а 4, плюс к этому задняя боковая дверь(единственная) не работала (не открывалась изнутри, только снаружи). В этот же день списали с моего счета ещё 440.78€ * , хотя в договоре написано, что сумма резервируется, а не списывается со счета. Кое как отъездили всё это время, после возврата машины с моего счета было списано ещё 12 лат, я позвонил в компанию и мне сказали, что это за химчистку, хотя машина была сдана в чистом состоянии. Теперь мне ещё и не возвращают обратно снятые 440.78€ *
Компания отстой, пытаешься им позвонить,попросить решить проблемму,отвечают,пишите письма.Такая отмазка была у нас в армии) Будьте осторожны, не связывайтесь с аферистами.
A couple of months after my last vacation in Prague, I had figured out the the local car rental company charged me for additional 100EUR for allegedly lost car registration card.
I have contacted the Economybookings and they helped me to resolve the issue with the local car rental company. I was promised to get a refund in 2 weeks.
I have used Economybookings services for three years in Slovakia and Czech Republic, and hope to be their customer the next year too.
Брали машину на две недели по северу Франции. Машина супер (новая BMW 5) с таким навигатором, которого я лично не видела никогда (проекция прямо на лобовое стекло!). Ни одной проблемы с машиной за все это время не было. В аэропорту очень быстро выдали автомобиль и сдали также без проблем.
Вся переписка с сотрудниками компании была отличная. Ни одного замечания.
P.S. Правда предоплату пока не вернули. Но думаю, еще рано.
After checking for a large van on many websites, I decided to go with Economybookings because the fee seemed less than if I had contacted a company directly. I was surprised to find out, after I had booked and committed my money, that the company I would get the vehicle from was one I had used a year before. I had no trouble getting the van I wanted, but when it came time to pay, I was shocked to learn I had to pay an extra $100 for the booking service. There was no mention of a fee when I made my booking. If I had known this, I would have gone directly to the rental company. In trying to save a few dollars, I ended up spending a whole lot more. I doubt I'll be using Economybookings again.
Made a reservation for 2 months before, cars with automatic transmission was not there, the other cars were not able to provide, had to take the car from Europcar more than 2 times more expensive. Refused to return the advance payment. Strongly do not recommend!

Сделал бронь на машину на двое суток, чтобы прокатиться семьей до Мон-Сен Мишеля. Заказал Ситроен Пикассо автомат за 225 евриков. В ваучере в качестве компании-партнера был указан National/ Место пикапа - Вокзал Gare de Lyon. Сняли предоплату 35 евриков.
1. По приезду на вокзал оказалось что стойки конкретно National там нет. Есть куча других, но чтобы именно с таким названием увы нет. Адрес в ваучере указан общий и разобрать куда надо с ним податься не понятно. Перебираясь от одного к другим (как оказалось большая часть представленных там стоек по совместительству обрабатывали заявки с National). Минут через 20 дошли до CITES или как то так.
2. Но!! Сорри, ваша модель не пришла. Есть меньшего формата (благо что брал с запасом, чтобы 4 взрослым было удобно проехать 800 км). В общем оформляют другую Пикассо С3. Холдят 1000 евриков на карте. Дают ключи.. Садимся в тачку, настроили руль, кресла... Опа! Машина оказывается на ручной коробке (бронь четко автомат и не в виде опции, а именно как изначальное условие). Вернулись назад, те пожимают плечами мол других нет
и ничего сделать нельзя. Отказываюсь от брони, деньги они естественно расхолдить не могут. Качать права и требовать подгона авто с другой стоянки времени не быо
3. Идем по соседям в поиске автомата на стоянке... благо в Europcar он оказывается... но не благо что эта единственная модель Мерседес за 500 евриков. Но у нас планы и время поджимает встречать родителей. Что делать - взяли его, злые на предыдущих и немного на EconomyBookings.com (aka Booking Group)
4. По возвращению в РФ пишу им письмо 14.08, такая мол проблема вышла, прошу вернуть предоплату 35 евриков. Про разницу в которую мне засмеялось (почти 300 евро) указываю, но естественно ожидать по этому вопросу даже не думаю. В ответ через 2 дня - мол вопрос им надо решать с партнером, процесс не долгий 7-21 рабочий день.. Спустя 13 рабочих дней (02.09) просят прислать финальный инвойс от другой конторы где я в итоге взял машину. Спустя еще 15 рабочих дней (24.09) посылаю запрос почему так долго не может быть решен указанный копеечный вопрос получаю ответ (спустя 6 дней 30.09).. мол партнер подтвердил им что машина не была предоставлена мне, но я должен был получить от них на месте некую запись в свой ваучер что такое произошло!! То есть никто не отрицает факта что машина не была предоставлена по причине ее отсутствия, но вернуть мне деньги не могут, потому что нет этой справки..
Сухой остаток: минус предоплата 35 евриков + минус лишние 300 евро потому что пришлось брать тачку в другом месте + куча нервов на месте + 2-месячное разбирательство и ничего в итоге.
Резюме: будьте аккуратнее - не вляпайтесь!
Экономия мнимая - все завершается тем, что вы не получаете ни машины ни денег. Клиент у economybookings всегда не прав! А по мнению их директора - клиент еще и *** (это слово меня попросили не писать, ибо по правилам Трастпилота оно бранное ;)!

I had excellent service throughout and even got an upgrade on my vehicle! Returning the vehicle was a joy and the two SIXT guys at Schippol Airport were fantastic and very helpful. The vehicle was new and had everything I requested. I would recommend using Economybookings.com to friends and family because of the reputable companies that you work with compared to other third party agents.

Further to my email to you on the 6th of June your customer service is shambolic. I expect a full refund, you did not bother to reply which sadly shows your lack of care towards a customer.
Your customer service operative who sent us the first response clearly did not understand the email, you have charged us in Philipino Pesos. This is not the currency of MORROCO.
I expect a full refund and any charges additional that I incurred as a result of this error here. I am so disappointed in your company as I had read many high reviews and was suggested to use your company by a forum of which I am a part of.
I trust you will do the necessary to return the monies owed to me, whether you provide compensation is entirely upto you, but consider I had to pay 696 MAD which is roughly £58.00 to Budget car rental directly.

I booked a basic hire car for a short time from Bristol Airport. On arrival at the hire office I found that I had not brought all the paperwork that I needed, but the manager worked with me to allow the hire to go ahead. All staff were kind and friendly and I was on my way in a car very quickly. The car was above the spec that I had ordered and I was very pleased to have aircon on a hot weekend. I would not hesitate to use them again. Their claim to have American standards of service was very much reflected in how they dealt with me, friendly and positive and very customer centred.
We booked a rental car for pick up in sandiego and drop off in LA. They charged us $88 upfront upon the booking and sent confirmation two weeks later (which was fine, given our trip was planned well in advance). I thought the $88 price was almost too good to be true so was a bit worried. Anyhow, upon pick up of our car today from Fox rental, we were told that taxes were not included in the Economy booking's price. So all together we have ended up paying about $190 for our entire booking(which was comparable if not more than other competitor pricing at the time of booking). Most websites include or show rates with taxes or are at least are honest about it. Economybookings is NOT. They try to get you to book without really disclosing their terms. Their customer service is completely non responsive. I emailed them about the confirmation few days before the trip and never heard back. I would not book with them ever again.
Scam. Cheap price on booking. The reservation and car was fine. However after the booking I was changed another 42% beyond the stated remaining balance. If you try and ring them, you hang on forever before they cut off the line. When you get through they say send us an email. When I sent them an email, they changed the booking voucher to add items not included in the cost that are not on my printed voucher (to try and make me not refute the transaction). Avoid - it will cost you!
I reserved a car for Tallinn Estonia this past July 2013 via this broker. At the designated time for pick-up at the cruise terminal, neither a car nor representative was present. The rental cost was prepaid. Subsequent attempts to reach this company have been unsuccessful to this day, Aug. 12, 2013. All the telephone numbers provided on the email printable confirmation voucher (53041179) are problematic. Needless to say, I am more than disappointed. Suffice to accept that adjectives desired are not appropriate in this forum. I will continue to attempt contact and in the meantime will not only not recommend but expressly discourage booking through Economybookings.com pending a satisfactory settlement of my costs.
