efter 40 dage har jeg stadig ikke modtaget min vare, og de bliver ved med at sige at jeg skal vente på at den kommer, istedet for at annullere, dårlig kundeservice.

Quick, affordable quality

Bought a cold white LED bulb. Arrived very fast with free shipping, the light is just as described and the bulb doesn't get hot even after several hours of use. I'd recommend this site to anyone.

Expectations Blown Away

I bought several Covers for iPhone 5 and Samsung Galaxy SII from Mini In The Box. Com. Every single one of them is of good quality. The delivery did not take longer than promised. The products have cool design and are a great value for money!!! My expectations were definitely met and even exceded! I was pleasantly surprised!!! I'm also recommending this website to my friends, mostly because they are so curious about where did I get my cool Phone Covers! :) Try it, but beware of Duty Tax, check it for your country, because even though the products have totally free shipping, some taxes may apply depending on the country and on the amount you have purchased.

Hvis du køber varer her, bliver der sansynligvis lagt et par hundrede kroner eller mere oveni. Miniinthebox is one of my prefered websites when it comes to purchase high-end equal products at small prices.

The variety of products is a great plus that gathers almost all of one's needs in one place. And furthermore the prices are so low that anyone with any income can place atleast one or more orders monthly without affecting one's budget.

Customer support and service is also worth mentioning as miniinthebox put a great effort in reaching out to solve any misunderstanding, problem or defects regarding purchases.
For example if your goods are damaged during shipping miniinthebox will re-ship your order without any extra expenses on your behalf, return the ammount of money spent, or issue a voucher for future purchases.

The only "bad" thing to say about miniinthebox is the long processing time from placing the order to it arrives at your home address, but that is not really a problem as it is fairly covered by the free shipping. And if one would like faster shipping there is always the opportunity of expedited shipping (3-5 days) at a minor fee.

Another thing that should be mentioned is the subject regarding taxes as miniinthebox ships from outside EU. I've seen many bad reviews published regarding this subject. But Miniinthebox do mention this on their website, so one should always check up on how this will affect the price on one's purchase, and any additional costs can only be blamed on one self if one does not investigate this.

Good quality, but took WAY long to be delivered.

I ordered some iPhone cases on Miniinthebox and the shipping time frame is 10-20 work days, which in and of itself is a pretty long wait if you ask me. Well mine didn't come until about 6 work days after that, which was really frustrating. But when I contacted them about it they made me a pretty good offer to compensate and the quality of the products I ordered is quite good.

I would probably order from there again, because the things are really cheap and great quality, but I wouldn't reccommend it for anyone who is in a hurry, there is no option for 'regular delivery' or 'express', but all in all I am satisfied with my wares.

Jeg ved ikke hvordan de har gjort det, men tidligere har miniinthebox og lightinthebox fået meget meget dårlige anmeldelser på trustpilot. Jeg har selv været inde og vurdere dem tidligere. Men det der dengang hed miniinthebox hedder nu webgains.com - De har på en eller anden måde skiftet navnet på trustpilot, så alle deres gamle dårlige anmelser pludselig er væk og ligger under et helt andet navn. Og så har de fået oprettet en ny side herinde hvor de pludselig får gode karakterer. Men hvis I vil se de virkelige anmeldelser af miniinthebox og lightinthe box skal I søge på webgains.com. Her kan I læse deres rigtige anmeldelser i stedet. Jeg ved ikke hvor alle de nye og gode karakterer kommer fra, men jeg hæfter mig ved at langt størstedelen af dem der har vurderet dem positivt kun har lavet én enkelt anmeldelse hvilket er lidt pudsigt. Og dem der har givet to anmeldelser har anmeldt lige præcis ligntinthebox og miniinthebox og er bare super tilfredse med begge sider.

If you don't live in the United States, this is like shopping there! I'm from Argentina, so Iphone accesories such as cases, as well as, for example, nail art tools, etc, and so MUCH STUFF, that here's 1) very expensive & 2)poor variety. Mini In the Box, for me, it's like shopping heaven. They are serious.
First time I bought, I wrote wrong my address. I communicated with them after they've sent the products, and they gave me my money back, and it was my fault that I couldn't receive the products.
Simply: They are amazing.
