My title sums it all up really, not had a single problem and have found their products and delivery well priced. I'm seeing some real results from the products I ordered and find the website extremely helpful and easy to use! Keep up the good work!
MP has the best value supplements I've ever seen. Only ever had 1 single issue with a product and I was quickly refunded the cost, given a goodwill gesture of store credit and told to keep the product.
It's probably a waste of time to look anywhere else
i was recommended by a friend and have been using their products for a while now and now i find im always coming back to them, the products are very reasonably priced and always delivered really quick and very securely. no matter where i look for my supplements i always use my protein. i highly recommend them
Myprotein.com has the best products i have ever tried, the price of the products and the quality and quantity you get for your money is extremely good, i would recommend anyone that is serious about their training uses myprotein.
I've been Myprotein.com customer for over a year now and I am always satisfied with their products. I mostly buy protein powder and creatine, and occasionaly protein bars, PB. Quick delivery and often great offers. Would recommend to anyone!
I only buy my products from My Protein as they have a great range and are pretty darn cheap...
Only thing I worry about is if they start to get more expensive the more popular they get, hopefully this will not be the case.
You will have to search pretty hard to find any place cheaper ( on most products that is )
All in all, I flipping love them.
I started being a costumer of Myprotein.com last November. I don't have a complaint!! I love their products, prices and the delivery is very efficient. When I needed any costumer support they were very helpful.
But there is always time for product developments. No foam please on protein shakes!!!!
I have been a customer for several years, since receiving a tip-off from a previous happy customer. I have never looked back. While other companies waste ££ on packaging and empty marketing, these guys deliver where it counts.
I am a new customer for myprotein. I made an order and saw (after payment) that my iBCAA had the flavor natural. Maybe I forgot to choose a flavour for iBCAA powder? Or maybe the value berry blast went back to the default value naturel when going to my basket?
First I made a query about the wrong format of the adress. Yet I haven't had any reply. The next thing in the morning I made another query to ask for the flavour berry blast instead of the natural.
Then I made another query again about the flavour for the iBCAA powder because I didnt receive any answer last time.
I waited a hour and then cancelled the order because I didn't get any reply whatsoever.
When I arrived home from work I logged to see my order. I saw that the order was dispatched and neither of the 3 queries I made was answered.
This while it could have been easily solved. And the query system is useless when nobody seems to be helping out.
The shipping is fasts and products are very sharp priced on the market.
Untill today I didn't receive any support even while contacting at their e-mail support.
I hope this problem can still be settled.
