Brought an ancient (but new) cdrom for an equally ancient server I own. Ballicom dispatched the drive, in the original retail packaging and it arrived very promptly and works fine. Happy to deal with them again!
I ordered 27inch display worth 680 pounds for my small business on 19-11-13. This item was available at the Balllicom warehouse. I've also ordered a 3 working day delivery, as it was important for to have it for our new starter. 21st November (2days!) Balllicom sent me a note they oversold the item and a new delivery is going to happened in 7-10 days.
That was my mistake to agree on a new terms! Ballicom didn't come back in 7 nor in 10 days, and I wrote an email about exact delivery date 29th November. In several hours Balllicom call me back and assured me that the display willl be dispatched 5th of December!! At this point, it was not a matter of time. So I (dumb!) decided to wait, until yesterday the order was finally cancelled.
Balllicom is worst internet shopping experience I had in several years.
ive had a few TVs in my time but this is really the top of the crop,excellent piture quality and sound,so very easy to understand that tunening it in was a doddle and its slim like look makes it look very slik so thank you ballicon for giving me a fantastic deal.AAA*****

Ordered a Qnap TS-670. Phoned up to enquire about Saturday delivery. The salesman warned me that it wasn't the most reliable service, however DPD came through. The only trouble was an item was missing. I contacted them and they delivered the item same day at no extra cost. Also, I wanted to order an additional item that they delivered next day free of charge.
Great communication. I will be back.
I was very impressed with the customer service. Although the laptop I purchased online was incorrectly described - it was a 4GB RAM but was advertised as 6GB - as soon as Ballicom realised the error they rang me and offered me an upgrade to correct the mistake. It arrived next day
I recently purchased a Trust Urban Revolt Headset (Bazz - White) from Ballicom. The item wasn't as described, the item was infact 10x better, the quality of the product was amazing. The item was dispatched quickly and delivered fast, it was extremely well packaged although it wasn't over packaged so saved on environmental waste, I have recommended the company and products to all friends who will listen, a very positive shopping experince.
The Epson Workforce 7515 is a fantastic A3 printer for the price range it comes in and a great platform for Fax, copy and printing. As a Architecture student the printer has been of great value to me at an affordable price.
Ballicom provides the printer at a very affordable price compared to the official Epson price and their next day delivery is only £3, and I got it in great time.

I had to RMA an ASUS graphics card and thanks to some help from Ryan in the returns dept it all ran smoothly. My replacement card was with me after a couple of weeks.

We were looking for a monitor to go with a new PC that we have just ordered for our office.
After much searching we decided on a ViewSonic VG2239m. Next we needed a good source, trustpilot show all greens for Ballicom, whilst showing reds for Misco and DABS.
I ordered selection the option for free delivery (seven days) we we not in a rush, amazingly it turned up the very next day. With so much info on the web, it's easy to root out the duffers. 10 out of 10 to
OK an old model phone but a good price, ordered Thursday arrived by courier the following day. Product was brand new in original box and well packaged. Does all I need without spending a fortune on the latest model.
Ordered Samsung 43 inch plasma 3d TV, item arrived within a couple of days as described and in good working order. Was updated when item was out for delivery and that was with the standard free delivery option! Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
I bought my item from Ballicom eBay store. The advert was clear and accurate. The item was despatched promptly arriving well within the advised timescale in good condition.

I came across Ballicom while looking for an external hard disk as they appeared in a shopping results list with one of the best prices - had not heard of them or used them before but ordered on the basis of the good reviews here and info on their web site.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was a free 7-day delivery option which meant this was actually the very lowest price I found, and even more pleasantly surprised when my order, placed on Saturday, was confirmed as despatching Monday on a next day service. No delivery Tuesday, so called Ballicom on Wednesday and had very helpful customer support - they checked delivery progress (late arrival at national hub) and gave me the ParcelForce tracking number. Wednesday tracking showed "loaded on delivery van" twice, but no delivery happened. Finally Thursday "loaded on delivery van" again, and delivery took place - with a hole punched in the outer box. Ballicom's packing was good and the disk within was completely unaffected, so I had my disk here and working in less than 7 days and all well.
So nil points to ParcelForce, but very good service from Ballicom.
I would certainly use Ballicom again as ParcelForce aren't usually bad in our area and I would trust Ballicom customer service to help sort out any problems if they did occur, but if you are one of those who have frequent delivery issues it would be worth checking the options up front. I'd also suggest Ballicom send customer the tracking number when they confirm despatch, so that any misdelivery is spotted quickly.
Do not shop at Ballicom.com. I have placed an order for a set of speakers from their website advertised at a very low price. The order was later candled by them. This has put me in a bad situation as I've already ordered a matching receiver elsewhere. The customer service representative was rude and did not apologize, sighting a problem with the automated system. When I said I will not recommend Ballicom to anyone he threatened me that they will take my bad recommendation as a blackmail attempt.

I wanted to buy more than was showing as in stock, one quick call stock levels checked, and the qty was updated at their online store to reflect qty I required, enabling me to click and buy. All so easy to deal with.
super quick delivery of competivily priced products
Two old laptops died and I was trying to get them fixed, overheating graphics chip is a common problem. So I jumped in and decided to my a new one, not just any computer as I want to run some other stuff like must have FIL HD display, Esata drives and car diagnostics via an Expresscard. Looked on the net and the only outfit that could answer all my questions was Ballicom. Great service especially as I mixed up my card addresses, DUMMY, Ballicom sorted and next day I was bust loading software on my new machine.
