Perfect diamonds and excellent service and price
Went to Birmingham store, got great, honest advice from a really nice lady. I wanted the best quality for my money and she helped me decide what I wanted to compromise on and not. She was not at all pushy and I felt like I could take all the time in the world to decide. She then explained that i would get a better price online through them and did it all for me. I was a bit worried about paying such a lot of money for something I hadn't seen but as the diamonds were certified she assured me that they would be the same quality as the ones I was looking at. I ordered through her on line and she advised 3 to 4 weeks delivery. The earrings arrived in less than 3 weeks and are absolutely beautiful. I would definitely shop there again.

My girlfriend loved the ring. The value for money is excellent. The ring took 6 weeks instead of 4 so give yourself plenty of time if you have a deadline (valentines or birthday etc) Also check what width the band is before u buy. Mine was slightly thinner than what i expected but luckily she liked it cos she has small hands

Such an easy purchase, beautiful rings & excellent customer service!
I had quite a few questions I wanted to ask and was very surprised with the quick response I received to my email The customer care ladies were amazing and gave me some great advice.
When buying off the internet its difficult to really get a feel of what you're purchasing, the website is so well done that I was not disappointed when the rings arrived. They arrived exactly on the day they said they would and were really well packaged.
One of the rings I bought was a gift and it was very well received - I liked it so much I had myself made one too and I love it !!

The staff seemed well informed and allowed us to closely inspect the diamonds under a lens before making a selection. We particularly liked the fact that different ring setting options were available and the finished jewellery came in smart little wooden boxes.

Diamond Heaven is a place on earth
Having browsed a number of different websites, including the obvious high street retailers, I decided to take the plunge with Diamond Heaven. I communicated with a very pleasant member of staff on their online chat service, and with someone else at a later date via email. Emails were responded to really promptly with a friendly and helpful attitude, as were subsequent phone calls.
I found it really helpful being able to customise each ring's specifications, such as the 4Cs of the diamond, and of course the metal it would be set into. The prices were clear and the website generally really user-friendly and uncluttered.
The photos are clear and helpful too, taken with good lighting.
My ring was received promptly and was packaged beautifully. I was unfortunately in need of an exchange, but this was handled with consummate professionalism and didn't make it feel like it was a problem, unlike some retailers!
The replacement ring is just a dream come true and I'm amazed I was able to stop gazing at it for long enough to write this! I will be back for more and I would definitely recommend Diamond Heaven.

Very poor
I purchased a platinum diamond channel ring from diamond heaven at the price of £3000. One day later the ring is worth £500, I would advise customers to try selling there rings you will get nothing for them. Diamond heaven no this and did not re-fund my money, the ring has never been worn. I would strongly advise people to not shop here. I will continue to blog so customers do not go through what i did.

Order not ready at initially agreed date
Took some effort ( approx 6 phone calls) to get the wedding bands ready in time (the day before the wedding) .

Fantastic friendly service.
My fiancé purchased my absolutely gorgeous engagement ring from diamond heaven in may. Since then we have been back to purchase our wedding rings which once again are perfect! The service we received was friendly and professional. The price is also unbeatable. I've already got my next ring lined up. I would recommend diamond heaven everytime!!

Great service, great prices.
I ordered a platinum and diamond eternity ring for my wife, after discussing my requirements and budget.
The ring was made to order and I was kept informed of the progress by regular emails. Delivery was made as promised by tracked Royal Mail next day delivery at no extra cost, and my wife was delighted with her ring. Recommend to anyone.

patinum is the way to go!!!
I received my order for my 3 stone emerald cut trilogy 18k white gold ring, Looks Beautiful design, delivery, was great(I live in Germany)and communication was also really good. However i only received my ring on January 10, 2013 and the band is already starting to look gold. Also scratches very easy. A lot of little marks in the band. I work in an office so I am not doing too much with my hands and I make sure to take it off when creaming my hands as well as washing. I am aware of wear and tear but ....so soon. I wouldn't get a white gold band again, maybe would go towards a platinum band. So in saying that I am a little disappointed with that. I will have to get it dipped already before the actual wedding which is in August :(

Excellent service and bang on with what I ordered
Excellent service and bang on with what I ordered. All the staff were very friendly and accomodating. Thank you for keeping the shop open for over half an hour after closing tme while I made my mind up on which ring I wanted to order. I got regular updates on my order and both my rings were lovely. we'll certainly be going back for my partners wedding ring in a couple of months.

Fantastic products and fantastic service!
I used Diamond Heaven to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend. The level of customer service and advice given was fantastic. We even revisited the store to have the ring resized, as it was too big(my mistake) and again the service was great! I would recommend anyone to use this brilliant store!

Excellent value for money, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff.
From start to finish the service was excellent. We got exactly what we wanted at a fraction of the high street ptice. Effectively, this means we were able to afford a much bigger/better diamond and we came away very satisfied with the transaction.

Brilliant service from start to finish!
The staff are brilliant, very helpful! They will ensure your interests are priority and give you value for money. If you don't really know what you looking for, just ask. I came away with a beautiful purchase even though i was all but clueless as to what i wanted! Definitely telling my friends to visit this shop when they come to buying an engagement ring.

A perfect anniversary!
As a surprise for our first anniversary my lovely husband planned a short getaway in Manchester. After a weekend of too much shopping and far too much eating he presented me with the most beautiful eternity ring. He explained he wasn't playing golf last weekend but was up at Diamond Heaven. From what he's told me you were all extremely helpful and he couldn't thank you enough :)
Needless to say I'm hoping for more of the same next year!

Diamond Heaven delivered on exactly what they promised!
Extremely happy with my purchase and the service I recieved from Diamond Heaven. They were very helpful and proffessional in all of my dealings with them, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

Incredibly knowledgeable, patient and friendly with a pleasant atmosphere.
All the staff were very friendly, knew what they were talking about and when to take a step back to allow us to mull over our choices without making us feel rushed or pressured into making a purchase. It was the first shop we went to but after looking at a number of other shops in the jewellery quarter was an obvious choice to to return and make our choice. Was an enjoyable experience.

Exceptional service
I ended up on the Diamond Heaven website whilst doing a general search and found the staff incredibly helpful and easy to deal with and I soon stopped looking anywhere else. 3 rings, excellent prices, brilliant quality.
Was slightly dubious about buying an engagement ring and wedding rings on line but diamond heaven delivered on their promises and delivered a stunning engagement ring with all associated paperwork; and two beautiful wedding rings all for a fraction of their high street price. Delivery was quick and customer service was good when called upon; I ordered an incorrect size on my own wedding ring and arranging a replacement was quick and easy.

Buying on-line is always a slightly risky business. You never quite know whether the service will be good or the product what you expected. In this case it was fairly good in both counts. My only gripe is that I wasn't sure how long it was going to take to complete my order.

I bought a full eternity ring to present to my wife while we were on holiday. I had left everything a 'little' late but the advisors at Diamond Heaven ensured that the ring arrived on the morning of our departure. Their communication throughout was first rate and the product is adored by my wife.

Excellent quality and excellent service
I have spent quite a few thousand pounds over the last few years with Diamond Heaven buying two high quality eternity rings and a beautiful specially made diamond wedding ring too.
My wife and daughter have been absolutely delighted to receive their lovely rings and they look brilliant.

A heavenly service
I would like to say a big thank you to the team at Diamond Heaven for their impeccable service. I have just got back from holiday where I proposed to my fiancé and it was only possible because DH went out of their way to ensure the ring was received in time.
I had done a lot of research online and in jewellers so had a good idea of comparable prices and therefore knew that DH was good value for money.
As with a lot of people who have posted reviews, I was wary of buying a large value item online (I'm London based) but decided that the reviews had spoken for themselves. I called Michelle to get an idea of timings and to place the order, she was polite and provided exceptional service.
As promised she kept me up to speed with how the ring was coming along and when it would arrive. I had to come into work late to sign for the package but it arrived when promised and surpassed expectations.
Needless to say my fiancé was over the moon with the ring (she said yes before she saw it!). Thank you Diamond Heaven you were excellent. I am another happy customer.

Made the Best Day of My Life even better.....
When I was looking for my wedding ring, I had a picture in my mind of what I wanted. I looked through so many sites and couldn't find what I wanted, then I came across Diamond Heaven, and there it was, My Ring! The price was amazing, the lady I spoke to was very helpful and it arrived in plenty of time for My Big Day :o) I get loads of compliments on how beautiful it is and how sparkly and white the diamonds are :o) When the time comes for an Eternity Ring, you can be sure I will be paying Diamond Heaven a visit, there was a nice one to match my wedding ring......

Speedy response to emails.
Searched extensively for the diamond i wanted.
Offered me several quality stones to choose from.
Stone was ready and set, in the timescale i needed, as i was only in the UK for a short period as i am based in Cyprus.
Each email back and forth and my visit to the Birmingham shop was dealt with in a professional and also friendly manner.
What a difference to 3 or 4 other Birmingham Jewellery quarter online shops, who either didn't bother replying, or replied basically offering me what they wanted to sell me as opposed to what i was actually looking for.
Excellent value, professional service, and also a beautiful 1.5carat GIA certified diamond ring for my Fiancee, who absolutely loved it.
I was buying a decent sized ring, but i also tried to from several other Birmingham shops, but none were as diligent, friendly and speedy as Diamond Heaven.
The staff at diamond heaven treated me in the manner you would hope for when making what is not an everyday purchase.
Other shops would do well to take a leaf out of their book.
They actually listened to my needs and met them.
The diamond they sourced, was beautiful, and also very fairly priced...and i did quite a lot of research.
And i NEVER usually leave a review !
