After I left a digit out of the reference number of my dishwasher the staff here helped me locate the correct number. They then located the relevant part and of course I ordered it. Well it did not arrive the following morning as this discussion took place rather late in the afternoon but it was posted as soon as possible and it arrived a day later...So congratulations are due for an absolutely brilliant customer care service...and also to the post office!

Sadly there was no way I could find my way into the machine to replace the pump - despite exemplary support and advice from eSpares FB custodian. eSpares readily supplied return documents and as speedily returned my money once the pump was back with them.

Wanted a new base for my Kenwood FP920 pro liquidiser as the old one broke. Ordered a replacement from espares, but was sent a base that was not compatible (didn't work with the liquidiser, but worked with the mill unit). Sent it back & they sent me another, identical unit! Sent this back & spoke to customer services who were quite disinterested. They said I needed a different part, so I thought why not - but got another mill base! but this time it was just a different colour. Phoned again & customer services said they would refund me & that I didn't need to send the part back as it was now getting expensive for postage. Needless to say they didn't refund me - because the part was only £12 & I had been dealing with them for 2 months, I couldn't be bothered with anymore hassle so I kept it as a spare. Espares, get your act together!
Phoned up for simple fridge Hinge ,no replies for 8 hours ,then phoned to to clarify and they were emailing someone else on totally different email address ,very confused as to whether the part for my Bosch fridge was the correct part despite all info given to them on the product number ,so to this end went online to another company part,ordered within minutes and £10 cheaper ,so i would say avoid this company .

I have used espares many times for parts etc, each time they have been fast and reliable, we've had parts for our cooker, carpet cleaner, hoover and fridge/freezer, each time it has saved us time and money. Used Espares twice. First time was fine. However this time has been problematic. I ordered an 'in stock' item on Monday at 1pm and chose next day delivery. It's now Friday and I have still not received the item. I've spoken to their customers services, who have refunded me the difference in cost for the next day delivery, and promised me the item would be delivered yesterday, which it wasn't.
Update: Part has turned up today (Friday).
I have ordered two parts for our old oven in the last 2 weeks. I have ordered each part on a Sunday afternoon and the parts have been with me two days later on Tuesday. It is the most efficient service I have ever encountered.I have no connection with the company but when you get good service I believe that you should tell people about it ( I am the first person to tell everyone when a company provides bad service.....I hope you are listening British Gas !!) By the way the oven, which we were considering replacing for a cost of £170 is as good as new for a cost of £30 using the parts ordered from
Ordered a part for our cooker and paid via Paypal. Didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks so emailed them but got no response. Emailed again and they asked for an order number. When I said they never sent me one they asked for the Paypal transaction number which I included in my first email. I emailed it to them again and they have now refunded the payment with no explanation or apology. Our cooker has been out of action for over a month now and I'm back to square one because of these timewasters
My oven broke on a Friday so I went on espares website,ordered the very bit I required.Along with DPD espares dispatched my order that very night and I was able to track my orders every move.I was also kept well informed via email&text.It was delivered prompt on the Monday and was given a 1hour window of delivery so didn't need to take a day off work.overall I have been extremely pleased with the fantastic service espares provided with DPD so thank you and well done!
One of the control knobs on my elderly Mother's Belling oven broke. I was unable to locate the spare part myself on the internet and contacted eSpares. within a few hours they had located the part and informed me. I was very impressed with the speed of service and the excellent communication. A first rate company who fully understands the concept of 'good customer service' !!!
Was recommended this company by my mum when the heating element went on my dryer. She had the same problem with her dryer. She told me that they had a video on how to fix it. I went on and ordered on the Saturday and the part was received on the Wednesday. The dryer was fixed by Wednesday night. I can honestly say if I had known that it was as easy as it was I would not of struggled for 3 weeks going to the wash house. Mid afternoon washer broke down, straight on net to find new one. Strewth £250+, what to do now?? investigated washer found to be not draining.....searched net for repair, found e spares vid. That looks easy! ordered part, wife willing to wait few days.

My ageing Dyson has had a hard life but has been brought back to life, good as new, many times thanks to espares. Even when I have no idea what part name or number is required to start off with, somehow the right bit ends up on my doorstep. Just as importantly, the one time a part has needed to be sent back the replacement has been sent out - no questions asked. All-in-all very pleased.
I was really impressed with Espares service. I have a 20 year old Henry Hoover who'd broken his handle. Despite having no seriel number Espares kindly looked at the photos I sent them and worked out which part I needed. l'm sure Most other Companies would have said they couldn't help.

As a single Mum on a low income I dread expensive appliance breakdowns. Espares have given me tools and the confidence to attempt my own repairs. They always have the right part at the right price. would highly recommend espares to anyone.

From the great how to videos on You Tube that give you the 'tricks of the trade' eg where hidden screws are located, to genuine parts at good prices, and for me, the willingness to ship parts to Australia at reasonable postage rates, will definitely be my first place to return to for spares etc.
Managed to buy a genuine Dyson motor, new filter and new switch, including postage at a total cost that was less than buying non- genuine parts locally.
Don't usually recommend companies but this is the exception - happy to recommend.

Our Bendix washing machine was playing up and not always emptying. I realised the discharge pump sometimes failed to start and found it very easy to remove. I was able to easily identify the new part from eSpares website and ordered it at 3pm. The new pump arrived 11am two days later which is good as we live on the Isle of Man, i.e. off shore. The pump was a good price and an exact replacement and came well packaged. Yet again full marks to eSpares who I have used before when I had a similar experience with vacuum cleaner spares.
We bought a new Hotpoint fridge handle which, unfortunately, suffered from the same strange design as the original. The item arrived promptly and with no problems but, being the same design, broke in the very same place within a matter of months.
I emailed the eSpares customer services and, within hours, they had sent me a freepost reply form and arranged for delivery of a replacement part.
Very impressed; have used them a few times, but this is the first time I've had to rely on their customer service. Now very happy to recommend them, and will certainly use them in future.
Always a pleasant surprise to receive service of the sort that really should be widespread!
Did a google on the handle I needed, found espares, three clicks later found my part, checked the model details etc - checked out via paypal and two days later hey presto! screwed the new handle in and one of the easiest fixes was done! Would highly recommend to anyone - especially those daft enough like myself to break the door handle off my tumble!!!

I had problems with my Dyson Pet vacuum. I ordered a replacement roller which arrived the following day. I then realised that my Dyson was covered with a 5 year guarantee and I phoned them up and they sent an engineer the next day. I phoned eSpares to say that I no longer needed the replacement and they said just send it back. They sent a return label which meant I did not have to pay postage. I was very surprised that I was not penalised at all and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants some spare parts. Thank you eSpares for making me realise that some companies are still very helpful and efficient.
I have placed several orders with this company for various bits and pieces. The item required is always right, of good quality and delivered super fast. Plus the help videos are excellent - especially for a non "techie" person like me.
They have maintained the extremely high quality customer service over the years - some companies I have dealt with find this aspect difficult.
I thoroughly recommend this company without any reserves.
Dyson actually searched around the internet for a part for me, called me to say there was a part in stock at eSpares.co.uk, so I went to the website, checked that it was definitely in stock and placed the order with an expected delivery date of 3 to 5 days. Two weeks later, I call them (note, not the other way round), only to be told that suddenly the part is out of stock, that someone must have coincidentally ordered the same (very rare) part at exactly the same time. The guy on the phone told me I didn't understand how stock worked, but if he knew what I did for a living, he'd be embarressed.
So how long would they have left it before calling me and offering to return my money? Do I believe the coincidence of someone biuying the same part a nano second before me? Meanwhile, eSpares.co.uk have had my money in their possession, all be it a small amount, but if this happens to many people, that can add up. Was the part really, truly, in stock when I ordered. Doesn't smell good, so won't be ordering from them ever again.
My wife's Kenwood Chef's motor blew, and we thought we would have to scrap the machine, but checked eSpares first and they actually had the motor at a great price! Apart from having to spend most of the afternoon dismantling the machine, cleaning, and then putting the new motor in, was very pleased that we got the machine working again, thanks to eSpares!
