Very good service, great selection of products, deliveries usually don't take more than 2 days. Items are properly packed. If there is a problem with ordered item, evergreen contacts customers quickly. I'm very happy and definitely will keep shopping on evergreen.ie!

I came across Evergreen by chance. I was blessed to find a health store which has everything I need. I would usually have to go to three different health stores in my city to purchase what I need. Now I can go on-line and find it all there. The excellent thing is that delivery is free when you spend over 30e or more and delivery is prompt. It is great to see an on-line store with intergrity. I also like the idea of great discounts and promotional offers available. Keep up the good work and thank you.

Great products and great service
I bought three items from evergreen.ie and they arrived 2 days later, which was fast and lovely. The first thing that I noticed was that they had packaged my goods in a recycled box, great to see a company recycling! Products were well priced and great quality. They gave me a coupon for money off my next order in the box, too. Will be buying from here again!

Evergreen should be seen!
Well, the day started off trawling the web for a facial oil that was not too expensive and if I found it in Ireland all the better - shop local - It was not too long until I found the Evergreen site and the product I was looking for! So I ordered, paid and sent it flying through cyberspace and within a short space of time my ordered was accepted. Soon after acceptance came notification of dispatch and then a friendly courier delivered my ordered safely to my door!! So thank you Evergreen, I will be back!

Great shopping of quality products
Easy to navigate webseite. Good selection of products. Much appreciated ot get my homeopathic antiallergic eyedrops at your place when my local pharmacists had taken the easy route out: No longer available :) Order was easy, delivery fast and article in top condition.
Initially hadn't realized that you guys are in Galway. As I live in Ballinrobe, I'll come to your shops in future - will be probably more fun to shop directly in one of your shops :)

I was dissatisfied with my previous order
I have placed several orders through your website. I always thought that you offered good value for money, however, in my last order you substituted a product that I don't normally buy. When I sent an email asking to exchange this product you opted to ignored me. It has been a week and my email has not been even acknowledged. I have bought over €1000 through your website, I expect to be treated as a loyal customer and if I dont receive a reply to request then I would have to move my shopping elsewhere.

Absolutely excellent service and product
Evergreen takes the time and makes the effort to ensure each customer feels like the only one! I was delighted with the way their courier had TIME, or made time to find a convenient drop off point when i was ill and unable to be at the delivery address i had given. Got what I was looking for straight away
Well I was looking for something specific which I had read about. I Googled and found Evergreen and that was it, in 2 days I had my herbal remedies. One thing I would like is perhaps some reviews about each remedy and maybe recommendations for specific complaints or requirements. I will definitely use the site again

Evergreen had exclusive efficeincy in dealing with my order, ordered one day and had delivery the next day, and very careful packaging. and I got exactly the product that was displayed on their web page.

Great selection of health products at a competitive price
I am very happy with my experience with evergreen. Their product range is great and well priced. The free delivery on orders over €30 sets them apart from other sites. I am also happy to be supporting an Irish company. The delivered arrived within 24 hours of the dispatch email from evergreen. All aspects of their service were totally satisfactory and I will definitely be a return customer.

dont think i would order again
got part of my order after few days but some of it didnt come till few days after again. would have liked email to warn me this would happen. ordered beauty oil which claims to be good for lines n wrinkles whick i thought was facial oil but turns out you drink it:(. i think that should be made clearer on d
escription of product. also usually recieve little samples with stuff i order from other companies and didnt recieve any from evergreen.

Fantastic Service
I love the fact that it holds your recent orders and that you get a discount off your next purchase and free shipping. I called the office looking for Starflower Oil tablets and within 5 minutes they email me a link to order them online. I've recommended this site to all my friends, it's much easier than having to drive to the shop and the customer service is excellent.

Good, quick service but with some issues to iron out.
Overall it's a very quick and pleasant experience purchasing goods on line with you. The money off voucher after each purchase is a great incentive and you have great stock, lots of lines. However, I recently made a transaction online that didn't go through. I rang and was looked after over the phone but the voucher I gave was never utilised so I received no discount. Also 1 item never arrived so I bought it else where only to receive that item 3 weeks later. There wasn't any explanation of this in the original parcel...I had no idea it was coming! I'm sure it's early days though, i will use your service again.
