Delivery man is great! Akwasa always on time to Summer Street in Boston

Our office delivery man, Akwasa, is always on time to our company ADD Inc. In Boston Massachusetts on Summer Street. He is personably, quick and efficient! Two thumbs up.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

When I shipped my package I had to make 2 different delivery dates because the first time they sent the wrong Fedex truck to pick up my package. Then the second time I sent my package I was never given a tracking number and now I am unable to receive a refund for my package because Fedex is refusing to give me my tracking number! Horrible customer service. DO NOT ship with Fedex!!!

Never ship overnight with fedex

They won't leave a package at your door so overnight becomes 3 day by the time you go to the depot to retrieve your package. This has happened many times to me so now I tell my suppliers that UPS is the only company I will pay for overnight shipping.

I just want to thank fedex for ruining my kids birthday
I ordered my sons birthday gift and it was to be delivered within 5 days his big day passed and I had no gift for him I contacted the office and all they can say is its in transit so a 5 day delivery took 8 days and all they can say is

VERY IMPRESSED WITH BOTH SERVICE AND SPEED OF DELIVERY!!!

This is my fifth time using Fedex as carrier of my package, envelopes and others, last week I bought Austin Mahone tickets and I had a mistake on my address, I called Fedex and i let them know my problem, and I have to be honest, with you, unfortunately "not all employees wear the Fedex shirt," that means that not all people are working with love for their company maybe they are there just because thaey never found the job they want to do, but for two people who don't care about giving good service I had the oportunity to talk with three real Fedex employees, Giovany Canas (USA office), Mauricio ?(USA office) and Genny Lara (Bogota- Colombia S.A. Fedex-Office) and these people with their knowlodge and professionalism change my opinion
and they give me the confidence I lost for a moment. I can say I love Fedex and I definately will recomend this company to my friends.

total inflexibility

FedEx refuses to work with deliveries to make it better/easier for those receiving packages. Their attitude, like Comcast's, is “here’s our time, take it or leave it". As for picking up at an authorized FedEx site, they are impossible to get to make any changes even when the place is MILES from where people live or work.
United States Postal Service is so much better. Priority mail and over night delivery can match if not exceed anything by either FedEx or UPS.
The driver/delivery person was delightful and did understand my frustration. However, Naquan and Felicia offered NO HELP, while Debbie, my final contact, did help as much as her "tied corporate hands" would allow.
Corporate headquarters you need to make changes or customers will stop using FedEx.

Very frustrating delivery

My family and I were out of town and not expecting a delivery. FedEx left three slips of paper that were scattered all over my yard along with a message on my home phone stating my package was on hold. I called the number and spoke with a woman who could barely speak English. She had me spell everything I said and then told me I would have to pick up the package over an hour away! I live in friggen metro Atlanta and that is the closest place that FedEx can bring a package?

Horrible customer service!

I live in a very rural area where local businesses often hold packages for pickup. I do IT contract work.

We are 120 miles from the nearest authorized FedEx shipping center. I had a part replacement sent that required me to return the old part. I dropped it at the local business, FedEx took a week to pick it up, and when they did, their driver did not scan it into their system.

Because the part is not tracking, I cannot get paid. This is a significant work order. I contacted FedEx Support and they told me in so many words that I was screwed.

I will not use them for anything in the future. Running a business is hard enough without incompetent shippers making it worse!

I live in a very rural place, therefore I do a lot of my shopping online. Fedex has been horrible at delivering my items. Late, sent back, said attempted delivery and hasn't been. Drop half of my items at post office, that then say available for pickup and can't.
Very unsatisfied. UPS or usps!

THE LIE, THEY CHEAT, THEY INSULT , AVOID FEDEX

Possibly the worst service on earth. Overnight delivery? A joke. My letter will take five days for about $80. Complain? You will be belittled, insulted, and get very angry with the simpletons at customer service. My company will never use Fedex again nor will we do business with any company who wants to use these crooks. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Most frustrating delivery experience!!!! Never had this problem with UPS!

This company is a joke! Everything from online to customer service! Had a very expensive package arriving. Tracked the package online to see that it would be delivered while I was not home. Thought it very convenient that for $5 they would give me the option to chose a delivery time! Awesome right.....NO!!!!! Sat at home between the 3 HOUR delivery window....for nothing! Package never arrived. So I called customer service, where they told me that they were not able to deliver during that time because they didn't have anyone available to deliver! What?!?! Are you a delivery company? And did you not just give me that option online? IDIOTS! Anyway.....she continues to tell me not to worry that they will deliver the following morning (Saturday). I ask her if that is really the case with a sturdy delivery, and she guarantees it will be here between 10am-12pm. I wait....and wait....once again...nothing! Call customer service again only to hear that the package was never put on the truck for delivery (no one knows why), and that it won't be delivered till Tuesday between 5pm-8pm! Really?!!!! I just want to scream! What a joke, and a run around! At this point I am so frustrated that I say I want a refund for the $5 dollars I paid in order to make a request, that obviously never happened! He says he can't help me and gives me the number to billing. I call billing....sit on the phone on hold for 20 minutes....explain my whole situation again.....only to be told that they CAN'T help me, that I have to request the refund online!!! Frustrated, I follow the instructions online! Fill out the whole stupid form.....Only to be told....."Due to SERVICE FAILURE - Sorry, we are currently unable to process your request. Please try again later"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So basically every aspect of this company sucks!!! Their ONLINE that gave me the option to make a request that was obviously not available. Their SHIPPING CREW who are not available to make a delivery when they said they would. Their WAREHOUSE CREW who cannot seem to put a package in the truck that is suppose to be delivered. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE who A. hardly understood or spoke english, B. who cannot tell me the truth about my package, C. who cannot process a refund! And finally their ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE who apparently are a "SERVICE FAILURE".....but that I knew...before they even told me!!!!!

CHANGE IN THEIR DELIVERY POLICY MAKE THEM Suck.!!!!#@#%@%

FedEx found a great way to save money: they deliver the courier to the address where they have to only once! Forget about a second and third trial, only once and if not, too bad for you, you have to go to a service point (in my case, Montreal, located just in the middle of downtown) with the result that I will have to drive their, pay the parking, lose time to pick it up and then all back home for a 3.5$ item!!!! Tell me that when they are delivering you a courier they advise you in advance (nope!!!), telling you the time they would be there (Nope)...... FEDEX is crap!! Better is UPS, at least they try several time with a short window time to indicate when they will be back, and also they allow you to get the item without having to sign!!

If I had a nickel for every bad experience with Fedex I'd have none -- cus they lost it all.

So I recently purchased a laptop through amazon and needed it as soon as possible. As a result, I opted for 1 day shipping (or whatever it was) and paid an extra $20 to have it shipped so that I could get it the day after.

However, it's been 4 days now and after calling them, they claim that there was a 'delay' and that I'll have my package tomorrow. To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if I never receive my package. I don't understand why people still use fedex when UPS/USPS is the better option.

Of course the seller won't give me a refund because 'it isn't his fault'. In any case, just a bad experience all around. Sorry but I will never be using FEDEX for anything.

Awful - how are they still in service?

Had a package delivered from US to UK. I know for a fact that the sender paid Import Duty but 3 months after delivery, I received a bill for an exuberant amount. As I didn't pay it fast enough (having tried to contact them several times to explain this situation), they send me to a collection agency! What kind of company does that?! They obviously do not care given their review rating on here.

Don't use them

Took 4 tries= 5 extra days (because of weekend) for them to deliver a package. Their reson for the two first tries, was according to them that i had not been home these days. Now I know for a fact that I was home all day and i can both hear and see anyone coming into my driveway so that is a big lie. Noone came. What kind of service is that letting me stay home to recieve a package that does not come 3 workdays in a row and then afterwould be lied to -being blaimed it was my own fault?

I might add that the 3'rd days they promised me to deliver it. But when noone showed up that they either this time didnt have the gots to try lie about it again, and told me that this day i didnt recieve it because that i was last on their delivery list... Why put me last on the list, when i had called them twice and told them, that noone had come the two other days? and they had promised me to get it the third time.

Really bad service don't use them..

Very impressed with both service and speed of delivery. Truly 5 Star Service!!

I was sending a gift to a family member overseas quite 'far away' and it was in my hand one day and in their hand the very next day!! I was shocked at the speed of service.
Its really nice to actually get what you pay for!
I will be using this service frequently in the future.

Disorganized, shambolic, and rude

Sent a package to son in USA as a birthday present. After it wasn't delivered on time and no contact made with me I looked on tracking and saw customs delay. Phoned fedex, and first told that needed to fill in a "footwear declaration form". Then told that package was delayed because not submitted to customs but it would be and delivered in 2 days. Then told it was going to be returned to me,. Then told they wouldn't talk to me any more about it because I am not the sender!!! A couple of agents were rude and uninterested. One was good, but did not help. Package is now 6 days late, tracking status is showing how it was 6 days ago in customs delay. Complete shambles of a company. If you like getting stressed, then send parcels via Fedex!

FedEx has just lost my package, again.

I have trusted FedEX way too many times. This time I had a $20,000 camera package shipped as I am a professional camera man and needed it from one location to the other. They have lied to me saying it was weather, but it was determined that the weather was 75 and sunny - then they finally fessed up and said they lost it. Unreal.

Way too expensive. International service is not worth at that rate.
