Will always buy a Flymo in future. We assembled our lawnmower wrongly (might read the instructions next time) and when we phoned the helpline not only were answered right away, but there was no judgement of our failure. The lady on the helpline told us exactly how to fix it. Not only that, but she sent us extra parts (for free) just in case they broke when we tried to remove them. (They didn't, and her instructions were spot on.) Lawnmower now works great, and it was excellent value.
