Anti-virus order fulfilled cheaply, instantly, and correctly.

I ordered an annual renewal code for a Norton Anti-virus package (Norton Internet Security). The code was emailed to me seconds after I had completed the on-line payment process. The code was valid and worked perfectly. I had a slight initial problem in opening the picture file containing the code, but this was a software problem of mine, not the fault of Gamesbite.

N.B. Anyone who purchases such a Norton code should be careful not to use it until their previous annual subscription is on the point of lapsing. I had assumed that the code would give me another 365 days cover from the expiry date of my existing Norton package. However, the new year's cover starts immediately you input the code - so I managed to lose out on 3 days-worth of cover that I was still due from my old package!

awsome pricing del fast will use again and again

gamesbite were fast fare and the pricing is up to date if not better than the rest of the competitors. i will use them again and have put them top of my bookmarks,
i have used gamesbite on a number of ocasions and have always felt like i was important to them as a customer, so will carry on using them and will always advertise them to my friends as long as they stay as good as they are.

My wee boy wanted some Xbox live points and were meant to receive them within an hour. Actually received them almost 24 hours later. A good price though.

Your order went to review, and email was sent but no reply was received, so was cancelled and refunded, it can take up to 14 working days for your bank to place it back into your account.

Not at all quick

This is the 2nd time I have used this site but I would not recommend you to anybody I waited at least 15 hours for my e mails to come through I thought it was a case of 5 mins it took an hour to take my money but 15 hours for my e mail I thought the 1st time was a one off but clearly not so I wont be using your site again

Purchased MS Points for Xbox - quick and easy, no probs

Purchased Microsoft Points for Xbox. Invoice and digital code emailed very quickly. All good.

Terrible!!!!!!

I ordered due to the fact it said, immediate delivery.....oh well maybe 24 hours later falls into that category?!?!
Apart from the frustration of that, I couldn't ring as it was a Sunday, so I sent 3 emails at various points, and I am still awaiting the courtesy of a reply....poor, poor, customer care. Buyer beware!!!!

Good service

I read a lot of bad reviews of gamesbite , but I thought they was ok , the only problem was they didn't make it clear they needed a landline number to purchase the points, once I entered this my points arrived , if this was made clear on the form they would get 5 stars and a lot less bad reviews from other customers

Poor Customer Service

Ordered and purchased an on-line / email code for x-box live credits.
When code did not work, I telephoned Gamesbite for help.
Ended up phoning numerous times for the next 4 days - kept being fobbed off - first the lady had gone home for the day, then the chap had gone home for the day, by day 3 was told someone would phone us back but they never did and when I called again was told he had gone home. When I suggested I was concerned whether the company was genuine and that I would like a refund, they hung up on me.
This company may be OK if there is not a problem with the product...........but in my experience the customer service was disgraceful and I will not be using the company ever again and would recommend that others avoid it simply because of their failure to address customer service issues. Spend your money where it will be safe to do so and where you can get a refund if there is an issue. Gamesbite failed to do this.

1st time user fab service

Was a bit worried about using a new company for my Xbox live gold account upgrade. But now I would definitely use again the code came through in less than 5 mins no problems at all ty gamesbite x

The order was under review, an email was sent requesting further information, as no reply was received the order was cancelled and refunded. The funds leave our account the same day we refund, it can take your bank up to 14 days to credit back to your account, please contact them if you wish for an exact date. (we refunded on the 23.03.13)

Brill, fab, fast and faultless

My son kept nagging to get points and traipsing into town for them on a busy Saturday!! Until I finally got my head round Xbox stuff and realised its just a code that is required I said "why can't you do it over the Internet if its just a code you need?". 10 minutes later - one happy boy and one happy mum!!
