I ordered TV from ISME and on delivery TV was faulty. I contacted customer service and explained that TV would not switch on. I was told that there was a fault and another would be sent out to me. I was then asked to hold whilst I was put through to a different department. This was when problems arose. I was cut off FOUR times and had to explain again every time I phoned back. 'Customer' service advisors were rude, unhelpful and I was given conflicting information by each advisor!!!. I was then told to contact manufacturer myself then ring ISME back with a code. At this point I requested a call back from a manager. After more conflict, I was told that I would be contacted. (That was 4 days ago I am still waiting). I rang the manufacturer, then contacted after sales service. The lady I spoke to was very apologetic and re-arranged collection and re-delivery. The following day I was contacted by Arrow XL and told TV would be collected and new one delivered together. I was then contacted again by a different advisor and told delivery and collection would NOT be at the same time. Where is the logic in TWO large delivery vans attending within an hour of each other!!. All in all, this has been a very rude, annoying and inconvenient transaction.
I have ordered twice from this company and from start to finish, clothes selection, website, delivery.........it is second to none! Always delivered exactly as specified but always faster than you imagine, definitely my new found local for style and quality clothes that actually fit. thankyou Isme.com
Just bought an Apple iPad 2 best thing i have done easy 2use .i need that!!!can take it anywhere (great) can't think of anything bad 2say about my iPad .WATCH OUT!!!! I'll be face timing all family and friends
Even though I have had some problems in the past regarding not receiving statements and being charged admin fees be it the fault of ISME, I can only praise the delivery times, I ordered a dress at 8pm and the following day it arrived, I ordered a dress from M&S at the same time and it took 5 days to arrive, well done ISME
Ordered my beautiful leather jacket, I have always wanted one and saw the perfect one here on isme ,its perfect fit and brilliant looking I would definitely recommend this isme to my friends and family ,free delivery to the local shop was ideal,a company with decent products prices brilliant all round and even better buy now pay 6 months no interest I am very happy .
Been with isme for a couple of years. Ordered lots of different products and nearly always been impressed. Even when I haven't been impressed I just send the items back. Refunds happen promptly and I pay by direct debit so payments always go through on time. Delivery is very quick and I usually get items the next day. Collect+ is a brilliant service. I collect my parcels on the way home from work. Only negative is the service you get when you email isme. Automated responses sometimes received (I had to email 14 times for 1 enquiry as they just did not answer my question). Other than that aspect I have been happy with the service
I ordered a dress I had seen advertised on TV. It was in stock and I arranged for it to be delivered to a local shop, rather than to home.- this was a brilliant idea - ISME emailed me to say the parcel had been delivered and I picked it up on my way home from work.
No hassle, unpacked dress and I was very pleased it looked great and fitted perfectly I will certainly use this service again.
Wow, I have never been so impressed with a company! Ordered a sweater at 9pm on a Friday evening with a standard delivery service and it arrived the next morning! Quick and well packed, and exactly what I ordered. Will definitely be recommending Isme to everyone I know.
I ordered a decorative glass bowl on the 2nd February, after accidentally breaking a similar one at home. It eventually arrived on the 13th February.
The box that it came in was obviously one that had previously contained something else and had been torn (not cut) down to size and roughly taped around the edges. There were no fragile warnings on the outside what-so-ever and the box looked as if it had been pretty poorly treated either in the warehouse, in transit or both.
On opening the box, I found the bowl had been wrapped with a single piece of bubble wrap and bit of brown packing paper - it was loose enough that it was able to move around inside the box and it quickly became apparent that within the bubble wrap, the bowl itself was already in about 5 pieces! Needless to say, I didn't bother unwrapping it any further so I am unable to review the bowl itself (or at least the bits of glass that I received)!
The only reason I have felt able to give a single star (and not zero stars) is the fact that the woman I spoke to when I called to return the item was helpful and handled my complaint well.
I love the clothes from Isme, they are comfortable, well fitting and reasonably priced. Even better prices in the sale. Their terms are good and I would'nt hesitate in recommending them to family, friends and anyone who asks.
I had been looking for a pair of shoes that fitted properly for some time. I decided to try isme so I ordered 3 pairs for size. I loved them all but decided to keep only one pair. It was easy to return unwanted items either by post or by using the return and collect system. I was then notified in a very short time via e-mail that isme had received my items which was great because I didn't need to worry whether my items had been received. Overall I thought isme's service was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to friends and family.
It is now almost 2 weeks, if not more and 3 phone calls later, attempting to return items. The first date given to me, no-one turned up! The second time I was told it would be 4th February, no-one turned up again, but on the 6th February, a driver turned up at my home, when I had on 2 occasions asked for the collection to be made from my work. I have now been given a collection date of 12th February and yet a driver has just delivered to my work address, but was unable to collect as he had nothing on his list! I find this service totally unacceptable and very frustrating. Whilst I like isme products, this has really put me off.
I ordered 3 items and have returned 2 and awaiting the 3rd. I was charged £3.95 delivery. I was told I had to pay £5 when my statement came although both items were returned and I owed them nothing. Will not be using again
After looking around the sales and other websites, I remembered all the Christmas advertising and thought I would give Isme a whirl. Very impressed and so I ordered three smart tops for my last minute holiday to Lanzarote in January. They were delivered next day and all of them were exactly as they looked on the website. The quality was excellent and I have worn them all. Fit was perfect and material was very good quality. I feel great in all three and will definitely shop with ISME again.
I appreciate when I ordered I was told the item is out of stock, but it is disappointing when you see something you like and then you have to wait sometime to receive it. However, item received is lovely.
