Where do I start? You cannot put in your correct address - you have to choose from an incorrect address the company website provides you with just in order start an account. When you email them, person x (English name) will tell you to call - except when you do call you cannot speak to that person as their customer call centre is in South Africa! When you email them back, person x does not respond but a third person is now in the picture. After many email and phone calls my address is finally corrected on their system. After placing my order, their delivery people still cannot find it!! I have NEVER had a problem with anyone finding my address which is in the centre of London! The best part is no one even bothers to call or email the customer to inform you their has been a problem with the delivery, you have to chase them once again! I have never ever had such an awful on line shopping experience and am totally disgusted switch this company. Obviously I am still waiting for my refund or to even hear from them. Just sick and pathetic. Would actively tell people NOT to order from this company.
Arrived home to see a card for delivery of a table lamp I ordered, it said it had been left in a green box outside my house, I don't have a green box!!! Also on line it said it had been posted through my letter box, a table lamp? I don't think so, I have rung twice and no one has come back to me.... Crap!!!
I placed first order with ISME and could not believe the speed the order reached me as I only placed the order late in the evening and I received the order next day. That's good service. Also if you pay on time on the first payment, it was much cheaper that other online stores! Will definitely use this from now on. Jane
I had an email saying I'd been offered a £10 off gift. When I tried to retrieve this, the firm were less than helpful. They kept asking me to ring them up. If they wanted to explain or be in any helpful, why didn't they ring me? I won't be dealing with them again.
I used their options account to buy some baby items on credit for a new arrival. Every month I received a statement saying how much I owed and I always ensured I paid more than the minimum payment. A payment was due on April 19th and I made a payment on 27th march to cover this payment. On 22nd April, ISME texted me to say thay they hadn't received my payment for April 19th. I e-mailed ISME to challenge this and inisited that I had made the payment on 27th March. Isme responded by saying that this payment on 27th March was classed as an over payment from the previous month and would not carry onto this month ???? They then told me to look at the "payment allocation rules" which was even more confusing to me.
At the end of the day, I have made prompt early payments that havn't been accepted and I risk being flagged as a late payer. Should this happen, I will take legal action and in the meantime I will close the account. AVOID.

I wish I could leave a positive review, but the fact is I ordered a pair of jeans several weeks ago and I am still waiting for them. it's very disappointing, I wanted them for a holiday, but I leave in a few days and i don't think they're going to be here in time. I had to buy another pair somewhere else.
Rude, over prized, money making business. I called them well in advance that the day they've set me to pay seems to be always 3 days before pay-day and because of this I always end up paying an extra £12, plus this month another extra £15, to do with breach of an agreement to stick to payment plan, thanks a lot, really won't be doing any business with them ever again. They've been extremely rude to me on the phone and on top of I am the one paying the phone bills too.. nasty people nasty business!!
Ordered goods from isme paid in FULL on a debit card, the goods arrived in good order and I was very happy, a few days later a letter arrived from Claire Sullivan Investigations Manager saying “my account had been suspended” and I could no longer order because they could not find me on the electoral roll !!WASTE OF TIME!!
This is the first time I have ordered goods on line from ISME and was very impressed with the service, all three items were in stock, all fitted perfectly and were a true representation of the item and picture shown on the site. I paid for ordinary delivery and the goods arrived the next day!! I frequently order form NEXT, M&S and Fashion World and my first experience has been exceptional by comparison. M&S use Royal Mail, which is a pathetic service where I live, takes anything from 1 week to 10 days, they usually call around lunch time, never try any neighbours to leave parcels with and hence I then have to drive 6 miles to the post office to collect goods, when I have paid for a delivery service! NEXT and Fashion World goods are frequently disappointing particularly sale goods, odd sizing and poor quality for the prices, however courier service HERMES they use is excellent. I hope my experience with ISME continues to be brilliant, they have me as a regular customer now!
My first order a dress I liked was delivered in the wrong size. Upon phoning to see how to get it changed I was told a replacement would be sent. Upon collection I found that the wrong dress was sent! I have returned all the goods and when you have received these I shall cancel my account. I would not recommend you firm to anyone even my worse enemy.

Only ordered 2 items so far and been impressed with speed of delivery. Both items seem a fair quality for the price. Only gripe .I don't like having to use the computer to view goods; call me old fashioned, but would much rather browse through a catologue in comfort on the sofa with a cup of tea .

I am really impressed with the products that we have had and any time I have needed to talk to someone over the phone, they have been very helpful, polite and cheerful. I love the tracking service and the fact that they always contact you to let you know what time your product will be arriving e.g. morning or afternoon. So often you are told the day of arrival but that is all. When I have had to return a product because it might not have been quite what I wanted, it has been easy and I have been promptly refunded. All in all I love Isme.

Would not give me a refund for difference.
Sending items back and have ordered them again at the discounted price.

I purchased through ISME as they had one of the best prices, and with the added bonus of interest free credit. The product was a Dyson, so no quality issues.
Initially they failed to set up my account, and I had to sit on hold on the phone for about 30 minutes while they sorted everything out. Was then told they couldn't leave goods anywhere (needed a signature), only to get home to find my parcel left at my back door. Not too bad so far.
Then when payment was due, they took a direct debit payment and applied interest to my account. Having purchased under their Take 3 option, I was somewhat surprised. Queried with Customer Services and was told, thats fine just ensure the Take 3 option is ticked and the system will take the right amount. Done. However, when I next checked my account, they've still deducted interest and are taking the minimum payment. I queried further and asked if, as a goodwill they would refund the interest (so far amounting to about £20) - they won't budge, nothing, no goodwill, no nothing. So I've closed my account - paid off on my credit card, as would rather pay my bank the interest than ISME. Really, really, really NOT IMPRESSED.
would never use ISME again! after many emails, promised to contact me concerning complaint. never heard from them. they cashed in extra money on postage for morning delivery. was told to wait at home until 9pm for delivery. abysmal customer "service".
message to Carol Vorderman, new ambassador to ISME - please dont announce again that you are proud to be their ambassador, clearly you have not had to deal with them in the way of a normal client - they dont care about clients - tricksters! quality of clothing not good, packaging when finally arrived - damaged. AVOID THIS COMPANY, plenty of competition out there with good service.

I look at magazines all the time and get something into my head and want it now. Well Isme lets me have that dream. I always find what I want and there it is at my door the very next day. Sometimes I have a text to say my parcel is on it's way, but it has already been deliverd. I am glad that the Carol Vordeman is now on board as she is my age range, she looks younger than she is, like me, so I will watch to see what she is wearing and most probably e wearing the same.

I ordered some curtains for our bedroom on the 17th Feb and am being told I will not recieve the goods until 19th March! 4 weeks for curtains!! Incredible! I hope they will be ashigh quality as they should after 4 weeks in process. When I tried to order them it kept telling me the information was incorrect, so this was extremely difficult and confusing as it kept taking me o the credit page, even though I have clicked to pay for them outright. Apparently they want to get you into debt. Then I recieved an email to say that there had not been any ctivity on my account - probably because its going to take 4 weeks just to get curtains delivered. Nice that they knew I hadn't ordered anymore, but had forgotten to tell me that it would take a lifetime to recieve my goods! That's the height of retaining customers, bombard them with emails rather than the products they've ordered. Any way, rant over!

Isme gave reliable service delivering my parcel to a local shop and advising me that it was ready for collection. The ladies summer pyjamas are lovely, accurate sizing (14) and lovely material with stylish details.
I wish I had discovered Isme long ago, I love the the fashion pages, and the variety, the offers are good, I do not think other catalogues can compare, For my age group there are not many places to shop these days, so I love it !!!!!!!!!
I am VERY impressed with Isme's service! It is brilliant and fast! Returns no problem either! I can't fault Isme on their clothes - sometimes it looks a little different than on the picture, or the sizing is wrong, but other than that - I will use Isme over and over again! :-)
There website is easy to use and their staff are always helpful and answer my questions quickly and thoroughly. The products are exactly what you order and I have been able to return things easily and quickly when needed. I would recommend using them, I did all my Christmas shopping here which was much easier than rambling through town during busy hours.
Hi, do you know, i used to think, i cant order on line because i am doing out the business of the shops in town, Well for weeks now i have been looking for a dress that would look good and suit me, so started looking round the shops, then i went to more shops and more until i was sick of blooming looking. Everytime i looked in the mirror it was awful and i looked fat and ugly, I just said to my sister i have had enough, i dont want a dress now, i will stick with trousers and jeans.
I was on the computer the other day and had a look at isme dresses, I went on other sites too but had no joy, When i went on isme,they had a size guide with the measurements also so had a look and thought thats all very well but i need to try it on before i buy, otherwise i am going to have trouble sending it back . Anyway i liked this dress alot and thought, i will never see it in the shops so decided to try it out and sent for one, Well i have now received it and it fits beautifully,makes me look brilliant and sexy. I am so pleased i could not stop smiling, wow wow wow. From now on i am going to buy online at isme for dresses. I now have 2 dresses in the wardrobe. If i can get out of wearing jeans and trousers and into dresses and skirts, I will be the happiest person in the world. I cant wait to have another look.

I placed a large order for swimwear and received a confirmation email. 2 days later went online to track the order - and it had been cancelled by the company - with no reason given or communication from them that there was any issue. Called their contact centre (in India ofcourse) and spent 15-20 minutes being put on hold and transferred to different people - all at my expense as its a premium rate number. I asked to close my account and was told would have to pay P&P eventhough I hadn't received anything! Won't be buying from these people again. Buyers beware.

Missed my delivery (completely my fault) , delivery man left a card with a number on it , call him back to reschedule another delivery expecting an automated service or the line to be closed as it was about 7pm possibly pay another delivery charge etc but the lovely delivery guy answered and drove all the way back in the snow at 7.30 in the evening so still got my parcel I was one happy lady!! Everytime iv called to speak to someone the staff are friendly and helpful and efficant no complaints
Ordered a dress from Isme yesterday. I got free next day delivery to my nearest convenience store - which was great because I could just pick it up after work as long as I had ID. The box was a bit big but other than that no complaints. Will definitely use Isme again in the future.

I bought kenwood processer. blender from isme. not had it 12 months i was blending soup and could smell burning. next minute smoke was coming out from the base. i had to throw the box it come in as my grandson was playing in the empty box and broke it. so iv no box to return it in. wot do i do.
Yodel courier left parcel at front door (in full view of the road) without even ringing the bell. my husband saw him going down drive and when he asked why he hadn't rung bell he said "didnt think anyone was in " strange as my husbands van was in the drive with bonnet up! No card left to say he had been either.
