Great products, great service
This is how it should be: Quick delivery and although the products have a learning curve (especially if you're not a technical wizard like me) they will help you quick and thorough. The products are great and now i am able to use my tv, radio, cd, dvd, satbox, airco, screens with my beo 5. And i have the feeling that this is only the beginning. Working with this products gives a strange addiction.

Jeg skulle bestille for Aalborg Universitet, hvilket ikke er altid er let med universitets bureaukratiske regler. Fik dog hurtigt personlig hjælp fra Michael så det gik glat.

Great product, endless options
I have used the TT455-RT-238 for some months now. It is a really great product, easy to use, program and to setup. Very nice and fast service and support from Michael.

Great product - very powerpul
I bought the TT455-RT-238 after some troubles with other products for integrating non B&O devices with B&O. I prepared myself reading the appnotes on beoliknk because I wanted to use with Scart or ML-Connector. Starting with unpacking everything worked perfect. Just within 2 days of experience with the system I finished the installation. But it's som much fun building IR-Applications instead of simply matching keys of the remote to those of the BEO4. I ended up with every key of the BEO4 sending up to 5 different keycodes depending on the screen/mode of operation.
Conclusion: a great and powerful product, but I'd liked to have 10 variables more with a value up to 100.

Arrogant support
Et udemærket produkt men desværre med en fejlbehæftet specifikation, manual og konfigurations software.
Hvis man spørger ind til de fejl og mangler der er i specifikationerne får man et meget arrogant og afvisende svar om at produktet er solgt i et stort antal. Så hurtig men til gengæld arrogant og ubrugelig support.
.....Opdatering....Michael, jeg kan godt forstå at du ikke synes det er en behagelig anmeldelse jeg har lavet på din support og produkt. Den er nu ganske sand og saglig, så hold dig venligst til sandheden i dit forsvar.

Arne, din henvendelse gik på styring af relæer og hvor meget strøm vi kunne trække på udgangen. Som jeg sagde så husker jeg det ikke i et 6 år gammelt design, men ville undersøge det. Og korrekt, påpegede at vi ikke har haft problemer med det før. Tonen i dine henvendelser var aggressiv og nedladende, hvilket jeg gjorde dig opmærksom på. Du valgte at fortsætte stilen derefter. Jeg spurgte og foreslog konkrete tiltag, som du ikke svarede på. Så jeg valgte at stoppe vores dialog. Vi kan fortsætte når du er klar til at indgå i en dialog.

Great product - Great support
I bought the TT455-RT-238 to get to use the Beo4, without having any B&O products. I works perfectly with the long range and exeptional acuracy.
Even though it takes some hours to set up the system, it is totally worth it, and now even the wife can mangage everything :-)
Michael is very fast and dedicated, and it is clear that he wants happy customers.

Excelent serivce and product
At first I must admid that I had my doubts. Expensive product, but it lives up to it. Slightly problems on installation on Vista, but was solved by reading the manual again,
Delivering and follow up is excelent - if you need remotecontrolling devices with B&O remote this is THE device - go get it - and you will never again have the mess af several remotes on your desk.

Getting the job done
I have used 10 to 15 -238's now and they work great. Especially when a customer wants a solution that's not suppose to be available. I really like the new ability to transfer codes to the Beo5 program. Michael has been great with support. I look forward to using more as the needs arise.

The headline says it all... The reson for only 4 stars is that Lintronic doesn't have the possiblillity of online payment and thereby shorter shipping periods.... But again... I could have been ordering one day earlier....

I just received my table top series TT455 and Michael has been very helpful and patient in answering my questions before I bought the product.
The delivery is also very fast given that it was over a bank holiday weekend in the UK and over the May bank holiday.

Lintronic = Super God SERVICE
Vi har købt en TT-238, og i starten havde vi begge 2 altså både Os & boxen lidt svært ved at blive connectet, men efter en par telefoniske samtaler med Michael, samt et Super hyggeligt besøg, blev alt som det skulle være.TT-238 er virkelig alle pengene værd, da den kan alt det den skal, samt mere til.
Michael du ved virkelig, hvad service er, og hvad ordet står for.Vi siger begge to 1000 mange tak for din meget behagelige være måde over for os på, samt din hjælp.

Excellent service and product!
Even though the home page and the "Controller"-application are not too user friendly, the product and the support so greatly compensate this, that I cannot go below 5 stars.
If you own a Beo-link remote and non-B&O products you simply need the signal converter.
Currently I have the IR-converter placed beneath my 50" plasma TV and have the B&O IR-receiver (shielded from plasma IR). This setup works like a charm and control of both TV and BluRay is a smooth as with the original remotes. Please bear in mind that the shielded IR-reiver is a requirement for use in plasma-TV-setups - no harm done though as this receiver is an original B&O product in EXCELLENT quality and finish (also sold by Lintronic)!
