First class service...very easy to use
I enjoy trying to improve older computers having got into them a couple of years ago at shall we say a mature age and had just been given an NEC i select notebook .. might be working or not I was told. Found it to be ok and with a couple of tweaks it worked pretty well . I decided that as there was only a basic 512MB Ram that an upgrade to 1GB might be a good idea.Found the Mr Memory website and within a few seconds was directed to the correct memory module I would require. I placed my order...very easy to do..received an immediate E mail confirming my order..and within an hour a txt mssg saying my order had been dispatched. Received it the next morning securely packed and installed it straight away and was really pleased with the improvement to my laptop.So thank you to Mr Memory for making my first order from you such an hasle free experience.A first class service I which I would recommend to anyone and which I would certainly use again.

Mr Memory you are brilliant. I was given an old Sony vaio desktop which is quite a good computer but I kept getting warnings of high memory usage by IE. The installed memory was 768mb, When I googled memory upgrade for this old Sony up popped Mr Memory. You not only identified exactly what I needed but I had it in my sweaty paws 36 hours later at a great price, thank you very much. I will definitely use you again and recommend you to every one who needs memory with a great service. Thanks again and the best of luck.

Prompt service and prompt, no-quibble response to faulty item.
Ordered two memory modules for a Dell Optiplex 210. Arrived very quickly, but one module proved to be faulty. Returns process was straightforward, without fuss, and replacement item was dispatched immediately. Not the first time I've used Mr Memory, and will continue to use them when needed.

Super Price! Super Fast!

takes the mystery out of memory
simple site - input details of your computer and get your memory details, even had a link which educated me on how to install memory on my laptop. I am a bit of a technophobe but this made it easy

Kept their side of the deal for a very good price.
I've only had a single experience of this company but had no problem whatsoever. I ordered PC RAM after using their online scanner. The recommendation proved correct and was the cheapest RAM I could find online. It was delivered in about three days. No negatives.

Mr. Memory doesn't know the memory stuff it purports to know inside out
I had ordered RAM for my specific board. First, your prices were higher than the market for 1333Mhz DIMMs, but I thought that's okay since I'm getting the memory specifically targeted towards the motherboard I possess (the product listing stated clearly it was for the specific motherboard and guaranteed 100% comptaibility).
What I got after paying more than the price of 1333Mhz DIMMs was 1066Mhz DIMMs, so the price is clearly a rip-off. But to add serious insult to the injury, the memory did not work in the target motherboard and caused blue screens. I had to revert to the memory I had previously (less capacity) to get things working again! The tech support wanted to know from me what my compatible working RAM is!! This is what Mr. Memory must have known prior to selling the memory as compatible!!
I am currently in discussion with Mr. Memory about the not so compatible RAM I received, so have not had a final outcome yet.

With regards to pricing I can assure you we regularly check and compare our prices with competitors. The reason that the 1066Mhz speed are more in price is that they are harder to obtain and not as popular as 1333MHz.
I can confirm that we sent the correct memory for your motherboard specifications and I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing blue screens.
In this rare situation, the Customer Care & Support Team will always ask what the original memory on the board is, to ascertain whether a faster speed has been fitted.
After further communication with you, we have discovered that your machine takes the 1333MHz speed, so we have now arranged replacements for this. This motherboard can accept two speeds of memory, but as the modules sent did not work, it would indicate that the motherboard has been set to only run at the faster speed by the manufacturer, which can sometimes happen.
I trust you will be happy with the replacements and your faster motherboard. Should you need any further assistance, the Customer Care & Support Team will be happy to help.

Memory arrived next day, unfortunately there was a problem which I discussed on telephone with Mr memory and they spent at least 20-25 minutes with me trying to sort by changing different combinations of memory and memory banks available. Eventually we agreed that one of the modules supplied was faulty. This was replaced and arrived the next day. Apart from the faulty module (which can happen) I have nothing but the highest praise for the service and supply arrangements and must give Mr memory 5 stars.
