Worst service ever.
I had an offer by mail, where I was told that I could spin 5 times for free. I clicked the link and did 5 spins. Lost 10 pounds on it and mailed them, asking why my total assets were affected.
So they told me I didn't click the link in the mail, which I obviously did, since I wouldn't be able to find that casino game without.
Either way, it pisses me off that even though they can see in their database that I did these 5 spins, they don't refund me, because they claim I didn't push the link in the mail.
Amazingly bad service, happy to be out of there.
