Class customer service

Game me a refund when not expecting it due to my incompetence of not reading the product correctly.

DONT BUY FROM THEM ANYTHING!!!!!

I ASKED FOR MATROX MXO2 IF IT COMES WITH ADAPTOR AND THEY SAID YES.I SEND THE MONEY AND THEN THEY REALISED THAT IT WAS NOT INCLUDED AND AFTER MANY EMAILS THEY DIDNT REPLY ME AT ALL AND DONT TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKE!!!! BE CAREFULL DONT TRUST THIS SITE!!!

Friendly and Efficient Customer Service

I had an issue with one of my items but I felt that it was dealt with really well, no quibbles and an immediate refund when I decided to cancel the item. The other items arrived without issue. Purchased as Office Nerd offered a really competetive purchasing price for the items I wanted. Each time I called I spoke to the same person, which for me was important as Craig was aware of the order etc and I didn't have to explain over and over... Thanks!

A month to sort out non delivery and a refund - I have to say I would not be keen to use Office Nerd again.

Orderd a month a go, for next day delivery. Goods did not arrive.
Called customer service (very friendly) a few days later and was told they didn't have the stock, but the order would ship tomorrow.
A few days later - no parcel.
Called customer Service again, was sent a MyHermes Tracking number, which showed the parcel was lost, tried to contact MyHermes, who just said keep looking on the tracking it will reappear. It never turned up.
Called Office Nerd again, we agreed to leave one more day.
End of next day still nothing, so had no choice but to cancel the order - (used Hunt Office supplies and received their parcel the very next day no problems)
Several days later no refund had been received from office nerd, I called office nerd, they said "a refund has been made, but it can take 72 hours" -
I run a mail order company and my refunds never take 72 hours in the UK.
Waited another week - no refund.
Called again and was told they couldn't log into their system and would need to call me back in 10 minutes. No phone call received, then received an e-mail with a copy of a sagepay redund dated today.....So the refund was never made in the first place.
A month to sort out non delivery and a refund - I have to say I would not be keen to use Office Nerd again.

Excellent service

I came across Office Nerd via a google search when looking for a specific projector screen which needed to be shipped quickly.
Not only did they have stock they where helpful in sorting out and ensuring express delivery (I had only ordered standard delivery) and the item was shipped and arrived next working day at 8.30am.

Excellent service and I would recommend them to others.

Refund was issued at the 7th working day of delivery, happy I was offered a refund and provided a screenshot proof of refund - Obviously unhappy I didn't receive my SSD :(

Very quick delivery and good customer service

I placed an order for a Samsung TV. The order was submitted via Office Nerd's website at 1.30pm and was delivered less than 24hrs later. In addition when I called Office Nerds to verify that the items would be delivered the following day they answered the phone very quickly and were very helpfull

Shocking Service!! Waste of time and effort!

I ordered a dvd writer with Office nerd and paid £3.65 postage which was meant to be 3-5 days. Waited until the 7th day and still nothing. Contacted them via email and they said they sorry and that it has been despatched a few days ago. checked the online tracking and it was despatched on the 8th day, a day after they told me it had already been despatched. It finally arrived 13 days after I ordered the item.

Contacted them as I was very unhappy with there service and they said they would refund my postage which I suppose was the right thing to do but 2 weeks later i'm still waiting for the refund, sent countless emails and they kept saying there was an error with the refund!

Please be wary of this company, Quick enough to take your money with the promise of delivery times but very slow delivery and trying to get your money back is even slower!

We are very sorry for the late delivery of your item. As an apology and a gesture of goodwill we offered to refund the delivery costs to you.

We tried twice to refund the delivery costs to your card, but each time this was rejected.

We agreed with you this morning to refund the £3.65 via bank transfer, which we have done as promised.

Have you now received this?

"Next day" delivery

Ordered some shelf clips with "next day delivery" as a shelf in the office had collapsed. They didn't arrive. After a couple of days I emailed to query the whereabouts of the item and they said "oh, they should have been delivered - we'll contact the couriers".

Two days later I hadn't heard back so emailed again and they replied to say "sorry, we're still trying to trace the items with the courier, would you like a refund?" I explained I didn't want the refund as I wanted the item!

A further 5 days later I emailed again and was told "we have been unable to trace the order with the courier. Would you like a refund?"

As it is now two weeks since I ordered with the "next day delivery" I have said yes, fine, I'll have a refund and will go back to Amazon where they are more expensive but at least you know it'll arrive!

I didn't feel that OfficeNerd really cared whether my order ever replied or not and their constant efforts to get me to accept a refund seemed to be an attempt to get me off their case rather than an example of good customer service.

We are very sorry for what happened on this order. The courier lost the item. In normal circumstances we would have replaced them immediately but we did not have any more stock.

We hoped the courier would have found the original items but to no avail.

Therefore we have now refunded the customer in full.

CANNOT FAULT THEM

Great service, they even rang me to let me know they could order the products in when I checked some prices. No problems with delivery. Have used them before and will use them again.

Awful Customer Service

Ordered my Items, waited for ages, still not arrived, phoned company but no one was there to answer my queries. I think they were out for the day.
They finally contacted me, but would not use them again, very amateurish

Like I said, after promising me the goods will be delivered by close of business we are still without them. Diabolical service.

We are very sorry for missing your call. Customer services have now contacted you to explain that you ordered the item on a standard delivery which is 3-5 working days. The order was placed not the 8th June and we are now on the 14th June, 4 working days after the order was placed.

The order will be with you by close of business tomorrow within the 3-5 working day period.

We apologise for any confusion.

Delivery took 3 days.

Wasn't to happy that the delivery took 3 days when I though it would be next day.

The sent exactly what I ordered at the time I expected it. Cant ask for more really.

We ordered 5 Remote Desktop user CALS for Windows Server. Cheaper and quicker delivery than Microsoft and Dell. Very helpful service and support.

Very friendly people

I was completely confused when trying to buy a new shredder for the office. I called them and they pointed me in the right direction. Received it the next day and is now all setup in our office. Thumbs up from me :)

I ordered an Asus Graphics card from Office Nerd. After waiting for the courier all day he arrived at 7.30pm! Said he couldn't find my house. Ridiculous!!!!! Wasn't their fault, but Im still furious!

Ordered printer at 3.35pm yesterday. Paid for the 4-6 working day delivery.
Communicated with nice chap to get VAT invoice.
Surprise, surprise. Item delivered this morning at 11.030am by friendly courier.

First time went well...

First time Ive ordered from this company and all went very well, I was please with the service I received and the goods were just what I ordered. Cant say no more!

Brilliant, Just Brilliant

I rang them at 10 to 5 hoping and praying that they could dispatch same day. They said although the cut off is 2pm, the courier had not collected yet, so they could squeeze me in.

Got my new hard drive at 9.10am the very next day, by lunchtime my new PC was up and running.

What can I say? thats what I call service!!!!
