The team QuietPC have given me far and away the best customer service experience of any online store I’ve ever dealt with, my order arrived securely packed, quicker than I would have expected to receive it from locally here in Australia, and the aftersales service has been second to none also.
In my case I ordered a bunch of parts, one of which was faulty from the manufacturer and another where I simply ordered the wrong size part, on both occasions the staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure my return was dealt with quickly and efficiently and that I was entirely happy.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.. an absolute pleasure.
I've just bought a wizzi QuitePC. Super quietPC but sadly it wasn't problem free. They are nice people and really helpful and calm but....
The PC arrived very quickly and was well boxed up but the instructions left me not knowing how to connect the cable less keyboard and mouse nor did it explain which code I had to enter to start using the PC. - I had several emails about this and QuitePC didn't understand me and I didn't understand them - But eventually I got the mouse and keyboard working after a fashion. The sensor is not strong enough so I had to put it on a USB extension cable
The PC booted but didn't recognise the DVD. The power was connected but that's all.
The removable tray for hard drives could not be removed because a cable been wrongly run in front of the exit points.
Whilst Quiet PC thoroughly recommended Windows 8. as I did not buy a monitor it would have been nice to know windows 8 has issues with monitors with lower resolution that 1920. Be very wary of win 8 on less than 1920 x 1080! They did say I must find new drivers and pointed me at a web site.
As I bought an SSD drive bay I expected an SSD drive to slot in and work. No I had to find out it must be defined in the BOOT up.
I've had home computers built for me since the days of Amstrad so am not new to PCs

I have to congratulate QuietPC for what is by-far the best-sorted commercial website I've ever used. While I'm at-it, I also have to mention their speedy, polite and efficient service, and give them 10/10 for general overall efficiency.
These guys set standards unmatched by any other company - great or small - that I've dealt with in Britain, Europe or worldwide.
They could give customer-service and accessibility seminars - indeed, I wish they would: it would save small start-up retailers like me huge amounts of frustration!

I have just completed a purchase of Accoustifeet via Quiet PC’s website which I found via Google during a weekend.
I had a question for their Technical man, Andy, before I made my purchase. I found the “Contact Us” page first class because it allows the customer to direct his enquiry to the very person concerned rather than sending just a general e-mail that has to be forwarded by whomsoever reads it.
This was borne out when Andy, in person, sent me a reply soon after the start of business hours on the Monday after the weekend. I then replied with a further question to which Andy replied, again in a very timely manner.
Because of a failure by me fully to note a particular detail in Andy’s reply, I rang the Company and spoke to Billy with a further query. The way that I was treated was in a very personal, yet businesslike manner and I subsequently placed my order.
The order process was very easy and, at the end, an illustration of the product that has been ordered is displayed so that the buyer gets the reassurance that he has ordered exactly what he thought he was ordering.
Quiet PC seem to understand the position of a customer very well and a lot better than some internet companies. Great stuff. On the basis of this experience, they deserve to be very successful.
I recommend this Company to anyone in the market for the type of product they sell.

Was assembling a quiet mini-itx computer system and looking for a cpu cooler and fans when I came across Quiet PC located on the other side of the world. I live in New Zealand. Quiet PC's web site is very well structured, making selection and ordering and paying very simple. The tone of the whole site respects the customer. Was a bit worried about postage and delivery time but the order arrived within a week with everything in good shape.

It' a dream shop for quiet computing maniacs, like myself. I have bought from them before but 3 days ago I have contacted their customer service for the first time: I have bought a computer case from their "B grade" stock for a very good price, sadly they made a mistake and advertised as USB 3 kit included when it was not. On contacting their customer service, they did not have any USB 3 kit in stock, but advised me where to buy it online and refunded the full amount of the purchase. All of this very quickly.

I recently bought a power supply unit for a new computer but after about two hours it went bang (literally). I called them the next day and within about 60 seconds they had fixed up a next day collection and replacement. No arguments, no hassle, no charge.
Unfortunately they don't have a massive range of stuff like Dabs and Saverstore but they don't only stock "quiet" things. They might be slightly more expensive, but when things go wrong, or if you want to speak to them about a product, they're brilliant.
Have a look next time you buy something. A million miles apart from when I tried to return a faulty motherboard to Dabs.
We needed a spare machine at http:/www/jewellerycatalogue.co.uk for one of the offices, and having heard good things about Quietpc called them up. They answer the phone, and you CAN talk to the technical department without delay. They made us a nofan i7 box running on Debian with twin ssds, which was delivered ahead of schedule in about 3 working days. The pc is as they say, quiet. You only know its on because it has a blue light on the front.
We will now be looking to replace some of our current PCs with Quietpc during our next hardware overhaul.

I opted for the cheaper RM 1st class delivery option (1-5days) but I recieved an email later in the day telling me my order had been dispatched and would arrive the very next day.
This is my first experience with QuietPC and it has a been a very satisfactory one based on their delivery speed and the condition my order arrived in.
I will definitely do more business with them in the future!!
I've used Quiet PC a number of times and not had a problem. I believe the real test of a firms' customer service is when things go wrong and what is done about it. I bought a motherboard from them that refused to take more than two memory sticks (got stuck in boot loop if more than 2 sticks inserted).
On reporting the problem, I was answered by a human being and not a machine, it was easy and painless to contact the correct department, as given on their web site. We tried a number of ways to fix the M/B that did not work and Andy Ford (their technical support man) agreed the board was faulty. The very next day a new board appeared at my door by courier where we exchanged the faulty board for a good one.
A week later this board developed a problem in that the onboard LAN ceased to work. I again contacted Andy and it was basically a repeat of the earlier experience and within 24 hours I had a new and working board. It has now been just over 2 weeks since I received the 2nd board and all is well.
Credit is due to this company due to it's fair and professional treatment of it's customers, a big well done to them.
My Zalman cooler arrived this morning... just ordered yesterday- what fantastic service! Appreciated the enclosed note suggesting a "trial fit" before attempting an installation. The original NVidia 9500 GTcard in my PC had been replaced with an Inno version, which the Zalman would not fit; fortunately I still had the original (and very noisy) card which the Zalman cooler fitted perfectly. Now assembled and I can't get used to the silence! Brilliant piece of kit with excellent instructions.The installation video on your website is very useful too.

I’ve been a customer at Quiet PC for some years and always enjoyed clicking on the products, particularly those gorgeous looking CPU coolers….
Anyway, I did something really stupid when building my new Shuttle PC – I threw out the Intel CPU cooler by mistake.
So, I phoned Quiet PC (I live in Dubai) and was helped by Paul for half an hour on the phone. He grasped the problem immediately and helped me find one small enough to fit the rather cramped Shuttle main board and saved me hours of trawling for one the right size.
He also calmed me down with his quiet confidence and expert manner. He is a credit to Quiet PC.

I had an e-mail from Ellen at Quiet PC letting know that my new Noctua CPU Fan had been dispatched and to get in touch if I had any problems with my order. It's good to have an e-mail from a real person.
My Fan came within 24 hours and works well.

Started out OK, items arrived promptly which is something I consider to be important.
But the cpu fan I purchased was not quiet as stated, so was a complete waste of time, very dissapointed. Then purchased 3 fans (which were indeed silent) all of which had bearing failure within 6 months. Purchased 3 replacement fans of a different brand and one of them didnt work. Very frustrating because each time a fan failed the pc had to come out of a rack, and motherboard and 2 hard drives had to be removed.
After request for return a Quietpc employee tried to blame me by saying 'there was alot of dust on the fans you returned, we think the fault lies with you'. Which is silly because the fan was brand new out of the box. I wont be buying from quietpc again.
usually deliveries thats say they are next day to northern ireland from england are not, this was, i was quite happy. product arrived in perfect condition and i got a very polite email which i will quote, "Thank you for your business and of course if I can help further, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Kind regards.." so you can see why i gave this 5 stars
On multiple occasions I have contacted Quietpc.com's pre-sales and have been astonished by the effort they have put into helping me choose the most appropriate components for a particular requirement even when just selling me an £8 fan - they bend over backwards to make you feel confident that you are purchasing the best products for you need and even recommend cheaper products than the ones you have picked out if they feel you're wasting your money. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Christmas time we know is the busiest period for ordering goods on line and especially when the weather is playing tricks like during the past weeks you can expect some delay in receiving your order but I was kept up to date with the dispatch situation promptly by the always kind customer service that also upgraded for free my delivery to next day express.
I would recommend it at any time and certainly I'll shop with them again.
Very busy xmas period when ordering but I was kept informed about when the order would be dispatched. The item arrived soon afterwards and before other products ordered from different companies at the same time. Highly recommended and would certain do business with them again.
The personal advice and service I received when looking for the most appropriate components was first class - such a contrast to some large retailers I have dealt with. The website is excellent too. Highly recommended: you may pay more for their specialist lines (though the disc drives I bought were cheaper than anywhere else) but the price has been well worth it for the quiet reliability of the items I bought last year.
First time round the fan was faulty - no problem, offered to send a replacement before I returned the faulty part. No need - they're only 20 minutes away and they were happy for me to visit their office. Very helpful & friendly staff.
My first stop for any new quiet stuff now. Have recently bought another fan following a PC upgrade - excellent once more.
