Slight problem but more than made up for!
Ordered a Yak Kayaking Cag in orange through amazon.co.uk for only £39.90, original price being £109.90! Order was placed on Sunday, received an email on Tuesday to say that they were out of stock of the orange cag,but would give me a free upgrade to one in black (£54.00).
Package arrived safe on Thursday, packed well. Fits well, can't wait to take it out down the lakes on Tuesday. Definitely coming back next time I need some boating kit.

Clumsy and late but generally friendly
I ordered a set of red Henri Lloyd Ocean Explorer trousers and jacket. One and a half week later the packet arrives with a red jacket and black trousers. So, I start the dialogue, turns out they don't have the red trousers at all. After putting pressure on them I finally receive the red trousers 1 month and 3 weeks after placing the order, plus a £50 extra discount (which I had to argue to get). All in all, the contact with them was good and in the end they did the right thing. Although, initial handling was poor and the "to the door" shipping ships only during office hours, which means I had to go far out of town to a terminal to get the package.

A great speedy service, and had time to chat and discuss products.
I'm currently wearing a Billabong wettie which is superb, warm and flexable.It came with a free hood and was cheap,so i've just treated myself to a summer suit so bring on the sun.

excellent hassle free service

Making a splash!
I made a last minute decision to buy a wetsuit only a week before my holiday. The choice on Wetsuitoutlet was great, the prices extremely competitive and the ordering process very easy. The wetsuit I chose arrived 3 days before I went away, it fitted perfectly and added greatly to a fantastic holiday in the Red Sea. Would use Wetsuitoutlet again and have recommended them to friends!

If only all companies were like Wetsuitoutlet. I had problems in terms of the product, it was to small for me, I contacted them and they did all they could to help. In the end received a refund, which was quick and no fuss.

Fast shipment - no email response.
I ordered a wetsuit, but was unsure of the sizing. As suggested by wetsuit outlet, I ordered, and send with the order my measurements for them to double-check.
Shipment was really fast, but when the suit arrived it was a little bit too big.
I wrote them a email , explaining the fit, and asked if they thought I would be better off trying a number smaller. They never answered that email.
My brother fits the one I got, so instead of returning I gave it to him, and ordered the smaller size. Again really fast shipment.

Brilliant!
I ordered on line, able to pick out the most appropriate wetsuit for me easily. The sizing chart was useful and simple to understand. Unfortunately the first wetsuit I ordered didn't suit my body shape so I sent it straight back without any fuss. I would advise ordering a couple of different types to see which one suits and feels comfortable. However the replacement is perfect and arrived quickly. Just need the weather to warm up a bit more and I can put the wetsuit to the test!

Great service just took my list, everything in stock and tried it all on. Nothing was to much trouble and my son and I have just come back from surfing in the half term in Devon and the gloves, hats and boots gave superb protection. Will be back again!!

Very Good Service
I was unsure about what I was purchasing so phoned the shop for advice. The phone was answered quickly and a friendly person was able to advice me on the suitabiity of my intended purchase. I recieved my order quicker than had been suggested which was left at my local post office as per my request.

Efficient, quick and satisfactory service delivering a very good qualify product.
The item I bought (Billabong changing poncho) was a little cheaper than elsewhere(which incidently was out of stock anyway hence using this alternative website). Glad that we did - on the order it stated no extra charge for delivery within 3 days. Was I so surprised when it came early the very next day! Bought it for a birthday present for my son's girlfriend who was delighted (and so were we) it fits her great and the quality is excellent. Very satisfied. It was so easy to order and recieve - barely noticed what had happened. Thank you for an excellent no nonsence order.

Just what I wanted and at a very good price
I needed a long-sleved rash vest for sun protection as I take holidays in the Caribbean. After much research on the net this was by far the best deal and I am delighted with the product.

Great range of suits, best price in market, threw in suit liner for free
Purchased a Gul 2013 model sailing dry suit, got a better price than from the brand owners, it was shipped out of UK very quickly
Only comment would be they should switch to a better Irish courier such as Fastway where you can ring the local courier on their mobile -
In fairness though, having missed the first delievery they got there on the second
