I ordered frozen items which were totally ruined when I finally got them. I contacted Mr Darlington who said it would be sorted out but in the end I heard nothing. I really thought I had lost my money. To be fair to Mr Darlington the problem was caused by the shipping company. His support though was very poor. In the end I contacted foodfromhome in Germany. They were really surprised and within a few days I had my full delivery resent and a small present to say sorry. The owner phoned me 2 or 3 times to make sure the delivery had arrived and everything was in order and acceptable. I give only 3 stars because of the problems, but would give the German office 5 stars if I could
