I bought some cable from amazon.co.uk but unfortuately it was the wrong one. This was resolved quickly and the money is being refunded
I saw on their website Audio-Technica ATH-CK5 In-Ear Headphones in blue. I therefore assumed that this would be what I was buying. Knowing the quality of Audio Technica headphones, I went ahead and bought them. When I recieved my invoice, it said the exact same thing. After a speedy delivery, I opened the packaging to discover that they were in fact ATH-CK5NS headphones, with a 0.6m cable, and a neck strap for iPod shuffles. Angry, as this wasn't what I ordered, I rang customer services, where the patronising salesman (who told me that sometimes in life young man, you just have to live up to your mistakes...) told me that they aren't legally bound to put the correct product code in the title, and that I wouldn't get my money back. I am going to be contacting trading standards as a result.
It's a pity I have to rate them so low because I have bought things from them before, and they have very quick delivery, and a good range of products.

The product was delivered, you opened the earphones and then called us to request return for a refund. The reason for the refund request was that you expected to take delivery of earphones without the neck strap fit.
Our position is that the product delivered is as advertised. The product page fully describes the products features, including "Cable length: 0.6m, Neck strap type" and "Neck strap for secure fit" and "Features a new "Loop Support" function that stabilize the earphones which will give you the best quality sound".
There are indeed two variants of the CK5 model. The model described in the advertisement is the clearly the CK5 with neck strap fit.
In the call you admitted that this product description had not been read before purchase.
