I bought a watch from this Company last year. Watch did not arrive and the money is away. Here the last letter from Lee niles.

i sincerly apologise for the complete lack of communication with you over these few months
and of course the fact we did not supply you with a watch or refund ,
dialawatch has had alot of issues fianationally over the last 6 months due to various reasons
we have worked hard to make sure that most people who have been owed a refund have recieved there money back
and indeed most people now have. we would now like arrange to repay you the money you are owed
its fair to say this wont be a quick process , we would initally start to repay at a rate of £250 per month starting next week
this would be a miniumin payment and if it all possible we would pay more , but we have to start somewhere
please let us know your initial thoughts

Again it was a big lie. He payd in february and then nothing. He pressed me to take my reviev of this Company out of trustpilot. Here The letter.

Der Schlechteste Paketdienst Weltweit!
Ich habe jetzt schon zum wiederholten Male mein Paket nicht zugestellt bekommen. Heute habe ich erfahren das mein Paket zum 2. Male an den Versender zurückgeschickt wurde. In der Vergangenheit ist mir mit diesem Dienst ach schon einiges Passiert. Ich habe einen Großhändler, der sehr gut war, notgedrungen wechseln müssen da keine Lieferung ankam. Auf Kontaktversuche meldet sich niemand. In Österreich speziell Wien 1020 ist dieser Dienst nicht zu empfehlen! Alle Konkurenten stellen ohne Probleme zu!!
